Massive +1 I know this dude for over a year now and i never seen him did something wrong. He was always active on the server and ever since he became Don he been putting mad time into making a good RP and tryna improve shit over his faction. He pretty much revived the whole faction by himself and i witnessed all that by myself. If he wanna help the community i 100% think he can do that, and he would be a great pick for the staff FS.

It'll be good for big grinders who are willing to hold out for better prices. Selling them at the barge for a reasonable price (Maybe like 1k) would make sense, and having them be a felony object (Maybe the bag has a bunch of drug residue inside of it) would be pretty cool. Good suggestion. People could also use them so they don't have to leave as often when they process, helping them avoid muggings and raids. + I think it could genuinely help roleplay as well, people trying to sell weed or coke wouldn't need to drop 10 items on the floor and could leave the bag in a secure location.

Been a part of Don's diverge career since he was newly in the city. He has gone through a lot involving the city and its rp, rules, and staff interactions. And I say that in the sense hes really been able to sit back and learn what the server currently is, and he doesn't have a million PO's. Good Guy hope he succeeds in being staff

How do you handle this?: If I am off duty and there are other staff active and needing to take tickets, I will not get in their way. If it is a situation like I face quite often, where im on in the morning and it is low pop for staff, I am more than willing to step up to make sure the players are not waiting around for someone else to get on. I would "clock-in" as staff and stick around to not only handle the RDM ticket, but be there in case more situations should arise. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report them to upper administration. This is the exact reason I am wanting to be in this position because I want all judgements to be fair. If I at least make the staff leads aware of the situation, I have done the minimum amount of my due diligence as a fellow member of staff to support the current player base. If need be I can also make a staff report on the forum page. In either of these situations I will come armed with either clips, log screenshots, or other evidence that will solidify my report as being reliable. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: As a staff member I am going to refrain from taking tickets related to my own company. I do not want this to create a bias in my leadership or ability to be a staff member. Even though I have full intentions of being completely unbiased, we have seen before that this tends to be an issue. If there is another staff member available I will make sure they take the ticket instead of me. If not I will attempt to contact other staff to get in city and inform those involved to remake tickets once that staff member has come online.

Maybe make the grid larger so you can make recipes. And if you fuck it up there should be some sort of consequence.

So this one is a bit of a two-parter. Basically the idea is that you make stoves 2x2 instead of 1x2, which allows us to fit a whole brick of cocaine into it. We can then cook said cocaine into crack, which we can then process into bags and sell at a street level to minorities and youth. I really think NPCs shouldn't have a part in this process as it turns into a grinding thing rather than a player to player rp interaction. TL;DR It's the 90's! Crack IS cool!

Hello, PK’ing guy here. First of all, I want to state that you didnt get PK’ed because of a failed mugging, you got PK’ed because of FearRP. I was at the LAV apps and saw you there, you had a gun in your hand. But right before leaving the apps, you put your gun away, so I pulled mine out and said, “Put your hands up and come back here.” I said that multiple times. It was obvious I was trying to put you under Fear RP for a REASON, and that reason was mugging you. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK. (In some circumstances a PK does not apply, view pk rules for more information.) This means it is NOT a rule violation to break fearrp but if you are killed while breaking it there is a possible IC consequence of being PK'ed. I can truly say I would’ve rather had you give up and let me mug you instead of PK’ing you, because PK doesn’t give me money like your outfit would. You didn’t listen and tried to run away for your life. You were carrying a PM-9 in your hand while you got PK’ed. At the admin sit, you said, “I didn’t hear he was talking to me,” and now you’re saying, “He never properly specified it was a mugging.” So which one is it? You didn’t hear me, or you heard me but didn’t understand it was a mugging? You admitted it was your mistake and wanted to get away from the PK with just a warning. At the end of the day, I put my own life at risk to mug you. Instead of getting mugged, you chose to run away, put your gun out, and try to hide in the bushes. You died while trying to get away. I told you multiple times to put your hands up and come back, and when you didn’t listen, I started shooting at you. Even if you really didn’t hear everything, or heard me but didn’t understand it, did you never stop to think why a masked guy in the middle of nowhere was yelling at you and pointing a gun at you? This was my reason for this PK 3. If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. Everything besides that, you’re just trying your chances with this appeal, and I don’t got any problem with that. But you should’ve known that if somebody is forcing you to do something while holding a gun on you, there are only 2 things you can do. First, you obey the guy’s orders, or second, you try to run away/fight back. If somebody from your faction or your F3 had shot me while you were hiding in the bushes or trying to run away, or if you had pulled your gun out and shot me yourself, I would’ve been the one dead in that situation. You chose the second option and failed while trying it. It was a valid RP. Wishing you the best of luck on your appeal tho!!

Hello, PKing admin here. You were PKed for dying whilst under FearRP, not failmug (apologies for incorrectly stating the reason as failmug in the sit). The TM saw you unarmed right as you were exiting the LAV apartments. He pulled out his weapon and put you under FearRP, clearly stating that you were being mugged by saying "Hands up", "Come over here", and "Come back". You proceeded to run towards the docks whilst still under FearRP and, as a result, you were killed. If you had fought back, pulled out your weapon, and killed the TM during this entire encounter, even when you went into the bushes to hide, he would've been PKed. The only second thought I had was regarding witnesses. If there were more than 3 at any given time, but when re-watching the clip it can be seen that the pink car drives off before 2 members of another faction come to observe the situation, making it no more than 2 witnesses at a time. The fact that he killed you in front of an NPC also does not change anything, as the mugging was initiated at LAV. If this were considered a failmug, people could easily run to the PD or in front of an ATM whilst fleeing from an active FearRP scenario. I've listed a section from the rules that is relevant to this exact situation: While under FearRP, it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor.
