+1 Ive known CC/Kubus for a while id most definitely would like to see about giving him a shot like even just having him trial staff and see how that goes giving himself a fair chance to show his skills and yes wow he's 14 so? we've had worse mods way older than him so just saying his age is a no, isn't fair in my opinion id like to see CC get a shot at staff even if its a trial and if he does go let him continue to improve diverge , currently our staff team that I've seen has been stretched out a bit because of tickets (mainly minges during the summer) so every new staff member added would be a good thing in my opinion even if they're on the younger side , plus if he can show during his time as staff, maturity and general investment into diverge it could be a good thing, In my time knowing him and seeing him do his thing he's been really good on the rule side of things so please just get the kid his chance if he fucks up then he fucks up but if he doesn't than it would just help out staff team just a little bit more.

Licensed FFLs have no way of running serial numbers. Serial numbers are logged on an A&D book when stores acquire the weapon, and are reported to the ATF when sold for compliance. BUT, FFL holders work very closely with law enforcement to verify the guns they are buying from walk-ins aren’t stolen or ghost guns. It’s as simple as calling either a local police department or your nearest ATF field office and giving them the serial, they will cross reference 4473s and the NICS. So with that being said, there should be some sort of channel of communication between gun vendors and police to verify serial numbers.

All gun stores can buy legally aquired and properly serialized firearms, but there is an inherant risk due to not knowing the guns history, therefore most gun stores dont aquire guns. I would propose gun vendor holders are able to run serial numbers of guns to verify ownership, similiar to the ability police have. To avoid abuse, put a cooldown on it, 1 per hour or x per day. In real life, any gun store could run a guns serial number through a database to check if it was stolen or connected to a crime.

User was banned for, during a time of large scale beef between Kosher Nostra and the irish (whatever their name is), having set up a powergame mugging PK death. The context is that the user appealing was a part of the Irish faction, and conspired with his friend to set up a fake pk for his friends kosher char (the beefing factions). They did this, in the worst set of acting i've ever seen in my life, and then the user appealing notified a kosher guy and a lucchese guy before and after the pk, stating after it that "he was dead". Which obviously was grounds for immediate escalation. Escalation tickets were opened for the incident, the Irish were going insane, Kosher was raging mad, and it turns out these retards set it all up for whatever reason. Reason listed for doing this by this user was that it was "Just to get rid of the guys character", which buddy delete button. However he went around and told basically everyone that he did it, so that's an odd way to lowkey kill off a character because he didn't "Want the character anymore" Users accomplice also denied the claims initially, until this one sang like a bird. Ban should remain due to the severity of the situation, and the potential high level escalations that would have ensued had the user not been found out.
