This doesn’t mean barring them completely, obviously they can enter under circumstances like responding to a call. But them going inside every 10 minutes and trying to open every door is absurd and makes absolutely no sense. I understand that no faction owns it, but it’s certainly not just public property, it’s a rundown apartment building. It’s supposed to be a somewhat safe area where players who don’t own property can cook drugs. Cops coming and going every 5 minutes takes away from the atmosphere and disrupts my business ventures and just overall kills the vibe. Minimize police presence and bring life to the ghetto.

Hey man so in the own clip you sent we start off by seeing you chase a cop car and trying to push it down and likely blow it up with a metal sheet, It drives away and you stop. You then go for a stolen cop car while there are cops actively watching you and running up to you. After you blow up the cop car with your props you then get pked and start to kinda minge but I digress. Your own words “I was just trying to help the guy in the raptor get away from the cops because we were being chased” As prop rule 13 says- Many people do not see issue in using props to flip their cars or get them unstuck, and a majority of the time it isn't very problematic, however it is considered prop abuse to do so in an active RP scenario. Do not free your car using props if you are in a Police chase/fleeing a hit/dropping off drug deals or any RP scenario where a disabled car affects the outcome. Have a great night!

We were driving around the city for a bit and then we tried to pick up someone else and the other guy flipped the Raptor so I was running into it at first trying to flip it but then I got out and tried to use my prop to flip it and I flipped it to hard and it flew over to atm so the guy I picked up started driving away in the Morano and I picked up the prop I spawned and started running toward the Raptor and I bumped the Murano with the prop and I guess the mod saw that as me trying to blow it up when that wasn't my intention I just accidentally bumped it and then I ran over to the raptor and tried to flip the raptor over it positioned a little bit up so I was trying to push it down and it exploded which I wasn't trying to make it explode I was just trying to help the guy in the raptor get away from the cops because we were being chased by them I will submit the clip below. This is something that would greatly benefit RP in the city and having a lack of food in a restaurant is the business owners fault for not preparing well enough. It's something that can keep players occupied and encourage more interaction between players. +1

+1 Yeah, he might be messed up but it looks like he actually learned from it and regrets it. i think he deserves another shot. most of the people who get perma ban dont even bother coming back, but the fact he is opening tickets and trying this hard shows he gets what he did wrong and probably won’t do it again. I dont know him at all, but I got banned for the same mistake before, so I’d say give him another chance to prove himself.
