Hello! I was actually the officer that shot at the vehicle in the clip, I was under the impression that he actually was with them running over the other officer and so i fired and killed him under the impression he had attempted to attack us instead of helping us, last night was chaotic with alot of VDM happening. I hope there is something that can be done to Undo this PK as i didn't want someone who didn't do anything wrong to be punished.

+1 can make it like a mini game. Perhaps, as we are in the mafia error, there can be much rarer drops of a bag of any drug or extremely rarely a firearm (but the gun not so much as chances of newbies and minges getting it).

So, a few points. 1. You had just made that character, and he lived a total of 6 minutes before you tried beating an officer to death for calling you a dick. 2. The clip showed plenty of context, if there was a prior incident to which the cop called you a bad name, that doesn't warrant you trying to beat him to death with a baseball bat. Obviously following proper escalation rules, you'd punch him, and obviously he's a fucking cop so it wouldn't even get beyond that anyway. 3. You most definitely were a minge character. Obviously you didn't make this character to delve into serious, in depth RP of trying to recreate the experience of a black man living in NYC 1980s, and exploring the persecution and complexity of that life. You wanted to be black guy beat cop with bat die. If it wasn't a ban for RDM, it's a ban for NiTRP, you made a character and in 6 minutes were trying to beat cops to death.

“Say sorry for calling me an asshole” I was on a black char he was making fun of me and shit calling me names and trying to be funny. He called me a couple retarded things and then he called me an asshole. I found him a minute or two later and I demanded an apology. I didn’t just walk up to him randomly asking him to apologize for something he didn’t do. He started a verbal altercation with me, and after asking for an apology. You’re completely missing the entire first half of the altercation…. I really don’t think it’s fair to ban someone like that when theres clearly an altercation before I tried to beat the shit out of him.

Hi I was the person that banned you. I meant to put ARDM but i forgot to update it on the ban. You got into a violent confrontation with the police because you demanded an apology for calling you an asshole. “Say sorry for calling me an asshole” -You ”You’re an asshole”-Him *You start hitting with a bat but then he kills you* The rules kinda say “You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/ argument.” and “However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. ” All he did was say it once and then you immediately try and kill him. You sadly weren’t in the server so I couldn’t get the whole story from all perspectives, but from what was shown you just asked once and you didn't really ask him again before hitting. The reason for the 2 day ban was cause of your PO for RDM and how many times you've given people stuff to RDM other people.

I didn't - It was late at night, I had my brightness and gamma turned way down for ease on the eyes. Not only that, but I did not initiate the initial vdm of the officer, so I shouldn't have been shot in the first place. It was a probationary cop who I guarantee didn't mean to shoot me instead of the guy they've been chasing for the past 5-10 minutes. I wish we could've had a full conversation about this before you ditched me in the support call. Adding to this you can hear the officer on the ground say at 6 seconds (before I even backed over him) to "shoot at him" referring to the brown car.

Hello! I PKd you because you ran over a cop, and killed him, before being killed by another cop. In the clip you provided in the sit, you can quite literally hear the cop open fire on your car and kill you at 9 seconds in. The reason it shows your ID in the clip is because when the cop opened fire on your vehicle, he caused it to explode, making the system believe you killed yourself. However, that was not the case, as logs display the cop doing 20 damage to you at the exact same time you blew up. You stare at him on the ground for a good solid 2 seconds, before reversing over him. Just because someone else is breaking the rules, does not exempt you from any consequences during your attempt to be a vigilante. I asked another member of UA if they agree that this is a valid PK, and they also agreed with me. I see your intentions and understand where you're coming from, however the right thing to do was to call staff. I checked your combat logs, and saw that the cop had shot and killed you (also identifiable by the glock shooting in the background as your car blows up). It's impossible for me to believe that you didn't see the cop as he was literally a foot away from you, which is the ultimate reason I PKd you.

I will expand on this by providing the clip I took of the situation. I have a full 5 minute clip of me not interacting with police until the end of it. I was vdm'd by some guy in a brown car. I find him a few minutes later and chase him, he plows into a police truck, knocking a cop on the ground. I did NOT notice this, and backed up to chase the rule breaker. In the process I ran over the cop and he got stuck inside of my car, draining the HP of the car and blowing it up, resulting in me dying and losing my gun. I made a ticket to possibly receive comp for the weapon. I was not attacking the police, in fact I was attempting to do the opposite, which was to stop this guy from vdm-ing any more people. I know it's not my job to do that, nor should I have. My intention was not to kill/attack any officer, I just wanted the guy who had killed multiple people (including an attempt on my life) with his car to stop.
