What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * A big part of my reason for wanting to join staff here is how much i enjoy the server overall and the community, this server is very unique and has got me totally invested as its strict rules and serious RP make sure the experience for its long time/new players is always enjoyable and well maintained. The key to everything previously stated is the staff that help to hold the structure together and maintain a fun and safe environment for their players. After the time ive spent here i want to be a part of helping to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the rules are followed as they are written to maintain the overall experience for players within the server. Overall i just want to open up some new opportunities for myself within the community and take part in something i haven't had the chance to experience yet and joining staff would be a fun way to explore and try something new and would allow me the opportunity to try and help others who may be joining and struggling to settle into how things work or help those that have had a bad experience with rule breakers etc.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I feel i am in a position now where i have a very good understanding of the rules of the server and would be able to use this to help others and help to maintain structure and the experience these players have while they are playing. I also have a lot of experience as a player on this server between two factions and a variety of roles i have had while i have been with these factions and this would help me to better understand the situations that players may find themselves in and to assist them along the way which would be very beneficial for new plays or longer term players that may just not understand specific rules or situations they may encounter along the way. Overall im very committed to diverge and i spend a lot of time on the server and i feel given the opportunity to use my time to also assist people with query's and or issues they may have within the server would make better use of my time and allow me to give back to the community of players.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I have no previous experience as i have never had a server i enjoyed enough to commit so much to but i am a quick learner and very keen
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Ive never been banned
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I feel i have a good name in the city, there's no one i have direct issues with or have ever had and for the most part i feel i am liked and that i have good relations with a lot of people within the community
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favourite part of diverge is the community, even with the conflicts and the RP relationships that certain factions hold against each other its a very enjoyable experience and overall when it comes down to it theres alot of respect between everyone and when you need assitance or help people are always willing to do so, the overall RP and mechanics of the server are very unique and it makes Diverge stand out heavily amongst other servers.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would wait a little bit to see if someone takes the ticket if one is made, if not i would take it myself and have a chat with the player in question and seek sufficient evidence, following this i would communicate with both parties and evaluate the evidence and the players history to find a suitable outcome for the situation
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would reach out to someone higher up and have a chat in regards to the activity i have noticed and seek guidance on the situation itself and try to figure out what is going on and the best way to resolve this
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Ideally i wouldn't take this ticket as it may be seen as a conflict of interest but if the ticket remains open and hasn't been resolved i would take this ticket. I would proceed with the sit as i would any other and remain objective as possible and seek the correct resolution for the situation as server guidelines would suggest. As this is a sit for someone in my own faction i would also make my higher ups aware that i took this sit and also clip it for evidence if any allegations were made in regards to conflict of interest to show i treated the situation fairly and acted accordingly.
