Unfortunately, there isn't often second chances in regards to PKs. Ordinarily only reversed if a rule was broke/mistake as made on staff members side. Which was not what had happened here. This is pretty self explanatory. If a faction believes you are harming relations with an allied faction, or creating issues with faction in another alliance they can kill you either to nip your actions in the bud or in an act of self preservation. It seems as if this is what you did and are now seeing the mafia-consequences of such.

Fishing clearly needs a buff and this gets suggested all the time, buff it slightly so we can make like 5-10k an hour and make it a mini game you can loose bait so you cant afk fish at all to balance it out.
