Why should you be unbanned? I did nothing wrong! im willing to spend my '40 year' sentance again just so i can play man! i wasnt trying to avoid punishment but im also not leaving my pc on all night to let my fake make belive character stand there while i sleep. whats the difference? if anything, me coming back online to serve my sentance is more of a display of willingness to serve the sentance and RP. lets be for real here and have a heart. my lil sis just graduated and i was supposed to waste my sleep to sit in a cell? like i said jail me again and let me join.

I was banned last night by Greenghost after i hopped off. Last thing i remember doing was a few stove bombings. I have been playing this server for 3 years on and off, and have never been banned for NITRP, as I have familiarized myself with the rules. The wording of No intent to roleplay indicates that over the full span of your playtime, you have never roleplayed, or intended to roleplay. Being a frequent player, i have continuously roleplayed, whether it was my time in Rudaj recruiting as an LT, to running Gopnik Traders a few days ago, to getting a man out of jail on the character i am now banned on, there is definitely intent to roleplay on my end, maybe not on others. A few stove bombs 1. Doesnt hurt/damage anybody, and 2. Is entirely in roleplay. If stovebombing were an indicator of NITRP, then half the civilian mains would be banned. A while ago, (~1 year ago) a few civilians hosted an event called "Stovebombing 101", and many stovebombs were detonated. Sure, they were a little annoying, but not harmful. A run-on sentence is a grammatical error that occurs when two or more independent clauses (complete sentences that could stand alone) are incorrectly combined into a single sentence without proper punctuation or connecting words

I want people to not see that minge side. I hate it and I wish I never minged. Hello Kyle idk who you are but let me respond to your reply. I have not and will never abuse my powers for wrong ever in staff and this has been proven by my trackrecord as staff. I’ve never been demoted or striked for any of my actions during staff. Every time I was staff, I left on my own accord. I don’t hate anyone on this server, even those who have wronged me I try to look at them with a new eye every time I see them and speak to them. I don’t let others opinions about me change my opinion about them.

Hello green ghost. I believe yesterday was a fucked situation overall. I was in cells for an hour and a half dealing with a situation that should have been over as soon as the 30 min threshold was over, but that situation has moved on and it’s over with. I don’t care anymore personally. At my state of mind I wouldn’t say my “crashout” is a crashout but rather me getting mad over an injustice in a horrendous situation from both PD and unfortunately from you staff with you incompetence of mixing up rules regarding arrests and switching your opinion every time you were asked about the arrest.

Ask anyone who has been staff with me, I’ve never let my emotions dictate my decisions at all. I don’t tie in emotions to make my decisions but rather rules and regulations. You may have had a bad interaction with me on cop chars but that shouldn’t dictate your opinion on me as staff.

This doesn’t really make sense, you expect him to stay silent when he feels he was wronged. He voiced his frustration with staff, you told a rule that didn’t exist and then he wanted another member of staff that had a better understanding of the rules.

-1 Not the best timing to do this immediately after last night. I respect the apology (to calink) and all, but I don’t think someone that prone to crashing out can be a reliable staff member.
