The 'both people are a risk of PK' is the balancing aspect to allow mugging to occur but the reality is that someone can effectively make a fresh char, get a gun (or be provided one) and mug with literally no risk. Whereas the victim is a character with 500+ hours. Every situation is different or nuanced (obviously if you think staff is being biased make a staff report) but no 'revamping' would make it work in a way that would fix the issues (we would have done it) or it would turn it into dark RP mugs with no consequence. /advert mug move or die. The only possible changed I'v toyed with is potentially making mugging a criminal only act, meaning you must be in a crime family to mug someone, but this doesn't really stop alt chars and may encourage certain factions to be mug only faccs (which is good or bad depending on your perspective) Your suggestion isn't even a suggestion, it provides no new ideas or alternatives, you said "this sucks fix it" without any solutions.

Mugging on diverge has always been risky for OOC ban reasons equally as roleplay reasons, Mug someone the staff like its deemed fail mug, Start mugging more then once on a main char its deemed fail mug and a mugging char, doesn't matter the roleplay you give to the community outside of mugging, once you start your then a target for staff to ban the second you mug someone that's liked more then you OOC or a faction with staff in it they target you, Yes mugging rules are a thing, I've followed all the mugging rules and was still banned for fail mug and mugging char, IF I'm mugging someone then we're both in a PK situation, I could lose my char jus as easily as they could lose theirs, I think either fix the mugging rules or actually abide by them and make mugging great again #MMGA (once a mugger always a mugger, Be smart or get clipped faggots}

Fail mug is such a subjective thing and can be construed differently from different people, I know he mugs many factions / anyone seen with "the drip" as the kids say, Ive mugged with this guy for a yeah ish now and we've always jus targeted whoever was muggable If one said faction was more muggable then another for being stupid tha's not on him, He doesn't directly know what faction he's mugging he's jus targeting anyone who is deemed valuable. From my time mugging with him i know he gives quality role play outside of it as well, He's a enforcer in the supreme team so his character is mainly focused on violent roleplay, "sit downs" Collecting debt ect, He also sells, buys and trades items with the community, as well as hosts dinner party's and other roleplay heavy events thru supreme team, H'es risking his own char to mug people with similar risk, Both sides could be PK'd at any time and this is just a bias from what I've seen with the admins as of recent. If one faction is being mugged more then others, Then maybe that faction should tighten up, White boy phil is in the right and if mugging is so bad then maybe it should be removed from the game, IF he choses to run a path of mugging and PK heavy actions then let that reflect in roleplay rather then making it a OOC issue. Question here, did you take the time to look through logs? If you put everyone's faction whom he has mugged into a pie chart, you would see no inconsistencies. "clear intent of only mugging one faction". I don't mug very often, but when I do it is with him. When we mug, we look for people who have the most expensive apparel. I can only speak on my personal experiences with him but when I have gone mugging with him, we only mug on that specific criterion. I am also a member of supreme team, where we do have a different roleplay style to many of the other factions. We are not your traditional mafia, we are a street gang that roleplays as such. I am an honest man, and I do not believe him to be one of the more "serious roleplayers" in the community, and I think you know that to be true as well. Nonetheless, he does roleplay and is an essential member to supreme team. Recently, he has taken a step up and contributed much more to the faction. He has initiated relations with many of the new factions, started multiple crew deals, and participated in many of faction's events/activities. I cannot write down every little thing he has done, but he does much more than "just mug". Hes been an essential member of the faction for over a year, and I know he has held high command positions in many other factions. As I have stated, I can only speak on my personal experiences with him, I do not know what he does alone or with other people. In my personal experience with him, I do not believe he only mugs one faction, or he does nothing but mug. Hopefully, my statements can be taken into account as a quality source, and hopefully this ban can be overturned.

I can understand that I have POs and a semi reputation for mugging but at the same time you don't know anything about me, all you know is what you heard and what you see in my file. I have brought lots and lots of RP to the server over my 3 years of playing. hell, before I got banned, I was running a crew deal, introducing two dif factions to my faction and at the same time I was building dupe for a friend of mine who was planning on starting his own business with using said dupe. I can understand that I mug and that's frowned upon but at the same time why have the feature if you're going to punish people who do it. when the server told me to come back with better RP, I did but you just didn't see it, you only looked at my history and what someone else told you. I apologies for mugging and if I'm allowed back to the server I will definitely ither stop completely or do it on rare occasions. In summary, please reconsider the ban and look into me more and my actions because if you do you will see that I am a lot more than just a mugger. (Btw idk what faction you're referring to but I have mugged more than one faction, sure I may have beef with a specific faction but that doesn't mean I'm only going for them.)

+1 Quaaludes were out of order by the late 1980's, I know a man myself who began dealing as the 90's opened, particularly ecstasy, so it is quite realistic. Pfizer was a monoply in Quaaludes, they discontinued them and stopped producing in 1985, the only remaining market suppliers were some small illegal Hungarian groups, but receded and disappeared in the 80's. I hope that this could push towards some drug crafting system, e.g. Crack, Speedballs (getting some bunus for combined sale, such as heroin and cocaine), this could add new ways of introduction to the drug business and illegal markets. There is a lot of fun here to be had and this is the first jab!
