Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was a civilian and never joined a faction and I believe this PK was based off of escalated OOC interactions. Furthermore, as a civilian I am entitled to protections outlined in the PK guidelines in which I cannot be pked unless a high bar is met. Under the current guidelines a valid pk reason for a civilian is the following: 1. A civilian working with the government or a state agency with the intention of harming a faction in court through an affidavit and testimony. Or 2. A civilian is threatened to prevent snitching (disclosure of information to the detriment of a faction) and does not comply with said threat. With that being said PK's can also be carried out under fear rp scenarios. But, I do not believe that I can be placed under fear rp for the sole reason of preventing me from making a legal enterprise/business. Citizens are allowed to make 911 calls to the police without fear of being pked. I fail to see why someone setting up an enterprise would damage a faction so immensely that there could be no other solution other than a PK. But, I guess its kosher since UA approved it including the OOC discord messages of me taking with a Corsican faction leader about the structure and business model of an enterprise. I guess this server can only run on faction rp and will never allow citizen/legal rp to flourish because initiative is not rewarded unless it is done within a faction. That last bit there was kind of a rant, but honestly I do not feel that writing a long winded PK application will do anything because of my prior bad acts of metagaming and because I personally have spent time and effort developing a viable enterprise all to see it wasted over a petty squabble and miscommunication. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Even if you think its "Fucking around" you cant shoot cops and not risk a pk. In this case, this cop obviously was not fucking around, and your trying to kill him got you killed. There is no "OOC situation" "in IC"

Indeed it is a absolute core, I had many great memories of stove bombs being used by the IRA 2 years back on the daily. It is an amazing fun I will forever cherish

if there is a little menu addition for stoves it might be helpful to add an option/ability to upright a stove for when it inevitably spawns in something else and flies across a room

The Idea: - Make the stoves easy to move around with your hands; - Add the ownership option, fixing in place option and use option when you press "E" on the stove. Optional: - By pressing "E" you can also select a option to pick up the stove like the radio (Instead of the default Alt+E); - Can't put ammunition in the stove to blow it up but you can still blow it up by shooting it.

/notepad

It would be a pretty good addition to RP to make a notepad which you could draw as a physical item in your inv. This could be used for restaurant RP where you write out tickets and give them to the kitchen, or for jotting down phone numbers, taking messages for people, or leaving physical notes for people to read. It would just be a lot more convenient and immersive than making a google doc, printing it out, and then handing it to someone. The way I envision it working is a bit like the stolen checks only its reusable for a certain amount of notes. You would right click on the notepad, start new note. On the new note you would just write on a blank paper, or a sheet of lined paper, the writing system being like the stolen checks. Using left click to write and right click to erase. Then you would click a button to tear off the note, then giving yourself the note as an item to give/do with as you please. The only problem I see there being is a huge increase of items in the server from people making a bunch of notes. So, maybe to counter that you could also add a recycling bin where old notes and old printed out things could go too. Or just add a lighter and let us burn shit. /notepad would not work for this because you cannot physically hand it to someone

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Why I agree with Byte's assessment that there was a rule break, I do agree with you that 1 week for a first offense surrounding a fail mug might be alittle long. You do seem to be a bystander in this instance, and to me appeared to be following order and joining in based off a command from a higher up. I advise you read the rules surrounding mugging and all rules in general and when your ban is up come back and RP within these rules. The ban will be reduced to 48h.
