yes at 6:12 you pulled out your gun but he was saying hands hands hands before you had your gun out and you still chose to pull your gun out and try to fight the guy and lost this is a valid pk but if the guy is truly a mugging char they might give your character back but i highly doubt it you chose to get into that fight

The fact that the admin messed up the hit in the first place is an issue within itself. For detective Riggs to then break character and ask for a clip in a clearly OOC conversation while standing on top of the body is a clear violation of using OOC terms after a PK. There should be no discussion that this has been broken and Acqwon Matthews should have his PK reversed immediately.

I've never seen him instigate I've seen him argue but its in an RP sense or in terms of pushing for crimes and punishments which is what he's supposed to do knowing his mains are a LT of the NYPD and an ADA. I've seen him just shutdown arguments because he knows he's in the right an no amount of arguing will change their mind. I never seen him start or instigate a argument more so someone being arrested arguing that its unjust when in fact we did everything right and by the book. He also quotes the Law a lot in the street which is not instigation just him doing his job what he's supposed to do in my opinion.
