No, before the unban. You got banned the first time and alted 3 different times all resulting in autobans, why would you do it the first time, and then think, let me just ask for my friends accounts to do it with, leading to your "friends" getting banned

Nah it's just odd because i had completely forgot about that instant until it was recently brought to my attention. If u get banned for alting or not has like nothing to do with my pk appeal. i tried to create a ticket find your Discord and explain the situation but i couldn't find you, anyways the first profile is someone i don't know. @hasuki said its his friend which they started to play on diverge together, i personally dont know him and i dont have any idea about who is he, the second person is a friend i met through CS so i dont understand what he has to do with this situation at all? the third profile belongs to me and i only use it to play CS2 Faceit, the account doesn't even have Garry's Mod, i dont really understand why you're asking these questions or what im supposed to get banned for, this is my only account and im 100% sure i havent used any other alt accounts since the ban evade incident in 2024

There is absolutely nothing wrong this PK to invalidate it. The officers were obviously using the baton to try and stun you, they had only hit you a few times and were not in danger of death (baton cannot even kill). Another way you could think of this is, if you punch a cop like twice or three times we wouldn’t accept that as you starting a violent encounter and would likely not subject you to a PK. It is also irrelevant which cop you shot first. Once you start an encounter with any officer you are capable of being killed and PK’d by any other officer. Additionally by how you were acting in the clip it seems likely that you were purposefully allowing yourself to be hit by the baton in order to try and justify shooting the cops so you would not get arrested. But, first point is the core to the decision. All in all in this situation you showed that you did not value your characters life in this RP scenario.
