Ever since I started playing on the server, one thing has always seemed unclear: whether leaving a family is a valid PK reason or not. The rules clearly state that doormen and newer members cannot simply be PK'd, but every staff member seems to have a different opinion on where the line is drawn. Some admins have approved my orders and activated PKs for people who left the family without permission, while others have told me the order wasn't valid because the person never touched the racket or got involved in illegal activities (such like growing weed, using barge NPC etc..) I'm not here to argue my personal opinion on the matter. I just want a clear answer because the rulings seem inconsistent depending on who handles the ticket. So, Is leaving a family without permission a valid PK reason, or not? @Canadian-bacon Sorry for the ping, but it'd be great if we could get a direct answer from you and finally clear this up once and for all.

I was the only staff member involved in the initial Dons Order's. This is a pretty messy situation. I spoke with the person DopeAsRoe put orders on post-death and questioned him why he did what he said "I have worked at Guerini's for a while I know how they set these things up." "I could tell by the way Charlie was speaking to me they were going to kill me". Now I have no indication of his previous roles within the family because he is 1. Kicked and 2. I'm not well versed in Bruno rank structure. During a hit you are at risk of being PK'd yourself if you aren't careful. I personally had nothing to do with your death besides setting the man PK active at your faction leaders request. It is up to UA's interpretation of the situation. In my opinion he was very vague during the sit and if your claims are true that he didn't have any of these roles and never partook in setting somebody up to die then this is a pretty open and shut case of schizo associates gone rogue and RDMing at the worst times.

Afterwards we went out to search for him but found he was still inside the club. But he was an associate with no bones, no roles that would indicate that he had participated in hits before, and was never active on his char. okay so it was from multiple days ago which was approved by the staff member who I believed had it approved with UA that it was valid. I initiated it in a yellow zone. brought dude to a red zone and mugged him within the rules. I dont see why multiple days later I get banned without being pulled or anything when I was active waiting on a shipment for one of my customers.

i am saying this with complete honesty i will not be biased just cause he is the same age as me i think he would be a great staff member. people keep saying he shouldn't be dealing with how people are in the server but he's a LT while underage in pd he hears the bad comments and criticism already just like i have i actually fear worse but yet he still doesn't lash out or rage at anyone and that's a strong suit i see for him being staff cause for staff i see you need to keep your calm regardless and i feel he can do that. also people keep mentioning how his brother is captain and staff i my self dont see thus relevant he earned LT and for the people out there saying he's immature ive seen him be more mature than some of you full grown adults being just unreasonably rude to some one just trying to enjoy their time on the server. but overall he gets a +1 from me

I'm sincerely sorry for my actions, this was a very long time ago and I was a very immature child at the time. I thought I could get out of IC consequences because I'm an idiot and I will never lie or do it again. To be more specific these cops were practically camping our motel room while we were processing drugs. they then saw a drug processor and raided the room arresting me and a few other guys I cant remember there names. I was already fed up from the situation and I just left the server. I joined back later and attempted to try and get my friend to get on a cop char and get me out without any consequences. I will never do this again I realize how it was unfair to the roleplay and I have matured greatly since the last time I've played and would like a second chance. It is not hard to know someone ingame also, you dont EVEN KNOW me and you come onto MY appeal without any relation to me and start creating fallacies that I am some lunatic with an alt account +1ing me when I dont even know him. I understand and after the speed bumps (they were round not spikey) I removed them after being told how to properly handle then considering I was hit by several cars and attempted to see if it was allowed was denied I removed them and I apologized to the staff member about it in the government discord with a Dupe ticket and didn't do it again and was denied

Hi so another member of staff mentioned someone was mass spawning watermelons in the park, so I came over to have a look and when I TPed there all I saw was you spawning watermelons en masse, this was causing some FPS drops around the park area and was also quite disruptive.
