After talking to a lot of people about this situation, I've realized that I was being pretty reckless during that night in the city. I came back to the server a few days ago after a 3 year break, and a lot has changed. I've been really enjoying my time on Diverge so far and this is the only bad experience I have been in since I returned. I don't want to lose my original Character, it's been a long time coming just to go out in such an unrealistic way. I'd also like to apologize to @adam, I portrayed you as a bad person throughout my appeal, and that wasn't okay. I won't ignore the way you handled the situation, but I should have been the bigger man and kept my opinion of you and the opinion others have about you, out of things. I really hope Donato gets a second chance, and I hope you guys can understand how it feels being in this dilemma.

Another Enforcer here. You were caught lying/exaggerating to management on multiple occasions about reimbursements for new hires, which lead to you receiving more money, than you actually gave to the new hires. I had also been informed ICly that you were talking to the cops at the car dealer.

Second of all you were spotted with a new hire next to the feds by the same person would you think we'd believe an associate or a senior? Source is trust me bro type situation

I was the Enforcer who taxed you for saying VOWS in the middle of corbizzis for $25k. I heard you had financial issues so I gave you a week to get your shit together. You are totally aware of how MafiaRP works and gave you a chance. Since you have been pk'd literally everywhere Instead what you did was lie to a senior associate about that you were taxed $100.000. Which was obviously not true and this lead to this Sr. Associate to meet me. He mentioned it aswell that you yapped this out in front of an ATM which is obviously a risk whenever you mention illicit shit. So you were lying to benefit your this for your own pocket and this senior associate is paying very frequently! So I guess you can say you gave me a middle finger and lied straight up to a Senior which TALKED to a made man and would believe over a pesty associate like you. I told this to another enforcer who told HC and got orders places on you. He ( the sr associate of the incident) wanted to send me a clip but I asked if it was done properly IC which wasnt with the /me's so he did not send me it. You accepted the risk by pressing I accept the risk by that prompt you get before u join a faction

+1 I feel like him having a chance of being a good staff member cancels out the fact that I have to pay my tax dollars to this guy's roof, food, and MPD pills in the military.

Hello! I was actually the officer that shot at the vehicle in the clip, I was under the impression that he actually was with them running over the other officer and so i fired and killed him under the impression he had attempted to attack us instead of helping us, last night was chaotic with alot of VDM happening. I hope there is something that can be done to Undo this PK as i didn't want someone who didn't do anything wrong to be punished.

+1 can make it like a mini game. Perhaps, as we are in the mafia error, there can be much rarer drops of a bag of any drug or extremely rarely a firearm (but the gun not so much as chances of newbies and minges getting it).

So, a few points. 1. You had just made that character, and he lived a total of 6 minutes before you tried beating an officer to death for calling you a dick. 2. The clip showed plenty of context, if there was a prior incident to which the cop called you a bad name, that doesn't warrant you trying to beat him to death with a baseball bat. Obviously following proper escalation rules, you'd punch him, and obviously he's a fucking cop so it wouldn't even get beyond that anyway. 3. You most definitely were a minge character. Obviously you didn't make this character to delve into serious, in depth RP of trying to recreate the experience of a black man living in NYC 1980s, and exploring the persecution and complexity of that life. You wanted to be black guy beat cop with bat die. If it wasn't a ban for RDM, it's a ban for NiTRP, you made a character and in 6 minutes were trying to beat cops to death.

It was somebody else's clip who was there with him. As I said you weren't on the server when I took the ticket so I couldn't really get your side/clip so...
