A fun moment for me was being don of a faction for a little bit even with 2 coups going at the end of the day it's apart the RP. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would swap to my staff char and then take the ticket. If for any reason I can't because I'm in a middle of a RP Scenario I would ask if any other staff member could take the ticket for me. I would try to take any ticket I can and help them with the best I can. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather clips of the staff member abusing his powers and send it to a higher up staff member or make a staff report on him. I would also talk to them before to see if they know if what they were doin was abusing and wrong and try to help them out for the future but if it keeps going on I would report it when fit. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I wouldn't take the ticket unless theres no other staff and DM a higher up or another staff member to be a third person in the ticket and ask for their opinions after sending them both clips. Before I dish out any punishment I would consult with both parties involve and a third party staff member through DMs before concluding anything in the sit while trying to remain unbias as possible and if needed beg another staff member to take it if I'm being bias.

Our faction is based on a real-world group (The Galician Mafia), meaning we will have ties to real-world history. With boats leaving from the US allowing for a state-based monopoly, the individuals stationed in New York will continue to do what their ancestors did before them, getting cocaine from New York and pushing it back out into the waters under the disguise of fishing. Our intentions are angled toward the idea of fishing as a whole, as it ties into our background. Faction Goals Fishing wasn’t good enough for us—working too hard and getting not enough in terms of pay. We have the intention of distributing our racket through the city. Our goals consist of importing and exporting useful items through New York, making money, and possibly being in a position of power within the city. On a side note, we’d like to push out weekly fishing competitions highlighting the fishing side of New York. We aim to provide for our fellow fishermen and push forward the fishing community, whether that be giving out prizes and rewards to those who compete, or having a custom DUP for the area when we go through with it.
