I want to take responsibility for what I did that led to my ban. Back in December of 2024 6 months ago I was permanently banned from the sever. Prior to that I was banned countless other times for being an absolute immature child. I would just go around killing people with cars (or anything I could get) or driving cars inside buildings ruining the RP experience for everyone on the sever and wasting the sever moderators time with stupid stuff they should have to be dealing with. Why should you be unbanned? I've completely change the way I play this game( through playing other servers) and even thought it hasn't be a long time I matured enough to realize what i did was just plain stupid. I'm genuinely sorry for my actions in the past and would like to play this game the way it was intended.

Hello, I'm the "admin" who gave you a note for the cop baiting, and honestly, I was being very lenient there. First incident, I was spectating you guys when you were coordinating an attack on a cop, and in that incident, you were apparently flashing your gun to attract the cop's attention. In the moment, I decided to not deem this as RDM since you had F3s and had reason to help your friend, but my suspicions of Cop Baiting were there, and I decided to let you go so that I could spectate you further. I have a clip of this situation, but I am not going to post it here since it's a staff spec, unless I'm told to. Second incident, in a clip where it's clear as day one of you guys are saying "Go find cops" and then when the cop shows up, you decide to flash your gun intentionally to bait him into arresting you. When he does, you proceed to kill him. In my opinion, I have failed as a Staff member not to ban you right then and there. I decided to be lenient and note you all for cop baiting. Honestly, you should be lucky to get away with a 3-day ban, considering your friend was permanently banned. You have a chance to come back and do better while he doesn't, at least not for a long time. If the third one was still around when you continued to cop bait (the 'girl char' you used to bait cops with aka STEAM_0:0:599425353), then I'm surprised he is not banned as well, considering his rap sheet. On the other hand, I can confirm there was radio/IC communication during the first two events, and I did not notice any metagaming (not to take away that it may have happened then or later on when I left).

-1 Deacon did do something about this recently with the new policies. You have to promote at least 2 cadets/officers/probies, clock in for 2 hours and hire 1 cadet per week. I am a PD alt and usually do even more than that and enjoy it so why should I be restricted out of a supervisor role? People have lives and other commitments so this is just stupid.

This would only really work if enough of the player base was dedicated to only playing as a cop 99% of the time, as this is a roleplay server, people like to explore their opportunities and have many options, just doesn't bode well to lock crucial progression behind something that can inhibit your other roleplay ventures quite heavily (but i do agree, there is a lot of mid rank officers that don't seem to do much or provide much)

I can see you're point It can be frustrating having to deal with supervisors that don't do anything. But deacon updated the requirements and quite frankly these people aren't gonna last long.

First off the admin who gave me the cop bait gave me a note. That was what my punishment the two times we killed cops, the first cop we killed was an admin that pulled us in to see if we all knew each other to make sure it wasn't RDM, the second time we killed a cop for trying to arrest one of our buddies he told us that is cop baiting please stop and gave us notes (self admitting that he did not warn us when he pulled us the first time he was just checking for RDM) let me also note after i asked the admin how many notes total i have its 6. for the over a year i have played this server i have only 6 notes. I typically stay out of trouble/follow rules. Let me also note after this interaction my buddy was still handcuffed, (this was post the second cop we killed) i dragged him too the boat house, (we are all in radio coordinating you can ask the admin who put the note on us, we all had the same freq.) I told him since he cannot speak in radio that one person stand outside of boathouse and pretend to fish while i go buy a lockpick to get him out of the cuffs. (since he is in cuffs he cant talk on radio) As i swam back, the guy watching the boathouse told me that two cops walked straight into the boat house. (seems a little metagame myself since no one saw us go to boat house and a cop just died, also can confirm one of the cops i shot and killed is staff himself) When i killed the cops because IC i knew they were in there, how in the world is that meta game? i myself have not been able to see the clip because we got into some more shenanigans after that, so i cant speak to what my buddy did. All i know is i don't meta game (have never metagamed check my bans) i don't know how this is justified. Why he deleted the clip or his situation i have no idea. I saw him share the clip with the cop we killed OOC. Thats all i know.

hello! i banned you due to you blatantly acting on OOC information in a medal clip that was unfortunately deleted. your friend, who is now permanently banned stated something along the lines of "help! there's two cops in here they're gonna get my gun!". you then walked into the area he was arrested, and immediately sprayed down those two cops. pretty blatant metagame if you ask me! the NITRP was added due to multiple complaints of you cop baiting.

Maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal" people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering. But we sometimes forget that there are "challenged" persons in this world who find these things more difficult. waste of time imo, this could be done simply by the patrol captain increasing the requirements to be a supervisor

Pretty basic, lock moving up to a supervisor in the PD to main characters. So many people just do the minimum for activity and then go on their criminal character. I know other cops see a random CPL+ and have absolutely no idea who that is
