Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * In the past year I have learned a lot about the server and it's rules. I have learned that the server can require admins who will also be on during the night time of EST/CST because we lack admins during that time frame. I felt the motivation to step up and try to become an admin, and hopefully be a successful administrator by solving people's problems and utilizing the rules created. I want to try my hardest to follow it to a perfect T. Being apart of the administration team allows me to be able to have a **VERY** clear incentive as to how the rules work, because I am a person who works hands on in situations. If a situation occurs I learn because of mistakes and I try not to repeat blatant mistakes. If I create a mistake knowingly, I own up to it.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I believe I have had a long time in the server to be able to create solutions and solve issues. I am someone who tried his best to look at both sides when given clear evidence, and I try to analyze situations as clearly as I can with intent to understand the situation better before committing to some sort of decision. I've noticed many people become hot heated and that is an unprofessional way to present one self as an administrator. I firmly believe that by taking a high role, you are given a specific mobility and trust to handle situations that mean a lot to the server. I analyze, question, attempt to correct others/myself if I see there is an issue, advise for the sake of the other person benefiting positively that should be an overall good outlook for the community, and more.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):
I have numerous staffing positions.
Roblox: Atlas Corporation - Founder (Est 2014.) (Roblox MilitarySim) 2014 - 2021.
I actively created one of the best communities along side other community owners that tens of thousands of Roblox players utilize in their own communities nowadays. I was a part of the expansion of A.C.S. (Advance Combat Systems), an open source development system that utilizes Arma 3 like capabilities in Roblox Studio, which enhanced Roleplay experiences for users on Roblox. Subsequently, I led this corporation with 2k members.
Venomous Gaming: 2016-2019(?)
Moderator. Exact date I can't remember but around that time frame I believe is the closest I can think of.
I've created a few networks as well across the GMod community but nothing as significant as Diverge.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
I have been banned before on Diverge. It has been for different reasons. In the beginning my POs were definitely based off of mingeness before I mained faction on Colombos. After joining Colombos I've taken an extensive look at trying to improve my actions. There were situations that have happened more recently than I've argued were extremely nuianced, and I've been banned for it because of POs. However I've never intended these mistakes continuously. At the end of the day, we are all not perfect. But this gives me a chance to come forward and even give other people a chance to improve, and hopefully teach them to become quality players like how I try to be.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:
Where do I begin lol
I've very much enjoyed the shootouts and roleplay we have done as the Mafia, it really gave a great immersion and gave me some time to worry about game problems rather irl.
Car lines woah Mafia shit so cool!!! To an extent, I think people like a good mixture of funny banter and serious roleplay or immersive roleplay. So this definitely was really fun for me.

Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: At the moment, no. I may update this list to start asking other staff members for recommendations if they choose to.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: First, if there is other staff on to handle the situation and a ticket shows up, they can take the ticket. However if no one is online to be able to handle the ticket, I believe I should go on duty and immediately respond to it if no one has claimed it within 2 minutes tops. (If there is staff on. If not I'll handle it right away.) I would first assess what the person has stated. "I was RDMed by this guy." Do you have a clip? (I should review the clip and understand the situation a bit more before just siding with someone UNLESS the evidence is blatantly clear that this was RDM.) I should bring the accused into a situation and explain that he shot x person. What was the reasons? And from there it depends on what the situation is. Maybe there is context before that led to a shootout, (follow escalation rules and ensure that the accused is aware of such.) or if it is blatant RDM you would warn them. (Verbal or actual notes or bans. This would be case by case as it requires checking POs and looking at evidence before coming to a conclusion. Of course if I feel weary about a situation I should call staff higher than me to assess the situation and learn about the issue before issuing a punishment\dropping a situation overall.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I have seen it it means I should confirm if it is abusing. Maybe it isn't something I know about what they are doing and shouldn't jump to conclusions right away. However if it is clear they are abusing, I should be gathering evidence and sending it to UA so they can oversee what is happening.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I have request a different admin because that could constitute to bias. I want to try my best to not take on a situation with bias as that could be detrimental to my reputation.
If there is anything I can add I don't mind responding to comments made. Thanks for reading!
