User's other character was repealed however this PK is valid. User fails to comprehend that his roleplay actions caused his character to be killed. Did not like the PK system as an aspect of gameplay.

I think it would add a lot of roleplay if people could buy drugs from either the NPCs or from the various Crime Families, leading to more player interaction from those who aren't in the Crime Families. And to add onto this, I think there should be an addiction mechanic for doing drugs where you slowly lose health while you're addicted unless you do the drug you're addicted to, maybe requiring more and more of the specified drug as you continue to suffer from addiction, but there should be a small chance you get addicted in the first place and an NPC to cure it.

Maybe do something that would cause your stamina to deplete, like running, then fall over. I don’t know exactly how to replicate. Maybe you lose stamina when you are being moved while ragdolled.
