Few bugs

1. Some parts of the map are missing traffic lights.

2. Whilst you have surrendered [f7] and a cop triess to cuff you, if you unsurrender around the same time as youre cuffed then you'd be able to continue as if you werent cuffed [access to keys and hands etc], this happened to me accidentally, i had let james know immediately and followed the RP though and making a bug report.

3. Whilst i was stuck in a lightpost trying to get out of my car, cops were tasing me [for fun/abusing icly], and when i got in the car as the taser completed, i believe i ended up in a sitting position outside of the car behind the boot, floating. I think that's what caused it, but didnt get a clip as medal was on. This too was reported to online staff.
