Reason for blacklist (if given): Spawning in props in the sky. Why should they be returned?: They should be returned because I have gone a little more than a year without pet flags in the city and I have realized how crucial they are to ensuring a positive roleplay experience. I apologize for what I did and It won't happen again. If you decide to forgive me, I will make sure to only use my pet flags for putting up faction dupes, and for anything else that I wouldn't be sure of, I would ask a staff member.
