Stat Increases

I know this has definitely been talked about in some capacity before in terms of coding and implementation and stuff like that but i think we should be able to increase EVERY stat somehow

it takes 30 punches to get a 0.1 stat increase on strength, it takes 26 seconds (while crouched i did this with 15 pts in endurance so it will vary between stats) , it would take 310 punches (260 seconds worth of punching exactly)  to get a 1% stat increase, it would take 30,000 individual punches (26,000 seconds Or 433 minutes or 7.3 hours) to get from 0 strength to 100, some players in the community that participate in boxing events have gotten max stats on stamina and strength just from sheer grinding and its a wonderful thing to see people wanting to improve certain facets of their character for RP purposes 

I think that alot of the time from a purely PVP standpoint alot of people outright go with stamina or half on stamina half on endurance just to be top tier in gunplay and other areas, and anyone can say there's a very clear gap in ability and PVP mobility  from someone in a gunfight with 0 stamina and someone in a gunfight with 30 stamina, same thing with on foot police chases there are differences between a cop trying to catch  someone with 0 stamina or 0 endurance and trying to catch someone in 30 of either of these stats

If it would be at all possible from a coding standpoint i think every individual stat should be tied to a certain action that uses up stamina
Examples being
Strength: Punching
Stamina: Running
Endurance: Jumping

and could be scaled in a similar manner to strength
30 punches for a 0.1 increase in strength
15 Jumps (because jumps take up much more stamina) for a 0.1 increase in endurance)
and 60 seconds of running for a 0.1 increase in stamina 

Some might think this would be redundant to implement because stats only contribute to basic aspects of the game and the only reason strength can be increased is some kind of bug that allows for the slight increases in the first place but let me give 3 reasons why i think this would be a good idea to implement if it can be implemented at all 

1: Gives a sense of character progression as if you wanted to intentionally max out ALL of these stats either by just playing the game normally or intentionally trying to train all these stats it would  take entire full hours long sessions of things that cant be automated conventionally (except punching but even then autoclickers arent allowed) and if someone DID max out all these stats it would show that they are EXTREMELY dedicated to the character they play and that its not just some max stat throwaway character that was only made to be good at PVP or beating people with fists along with all the benefits having a beefed up character would have in RP scenarios.

2: Gives a chance for people who didn't pick a certain stat when creating their character to improve on the character they already created. A lot of people when starting out and having their first original character created for a faction or PD roleplay etc after realizing stats play a pretty major role in how efficient you can be in certain aspects of the game can have regrets about putting more points into one stat then another, or mixing and matching their stats only to realize it would still be a detriment to have all low stats. and a lot of the time on peoples 2nd or 3rd character when realizing this they just go with the best option, 30 stamina off the bat without focusing on any other stat.

3: Would add a new RP business element to the city, That being Public/private player made gyms where people can pay a fee to have an isolated place to train their stats and RP, and giving people in the city more avenues to expand upon business wise instead of the basic restaurants or casino front.

I agree with this, but I understand why the server is how it is. Because we don't want people being more overpowered than others because some peoples have lives and others don't. I understand the endurance and the stamina would come passively which would be nice. 

I can see this being added for the new city update. But this topic has been discussed a lot and hasn't gotten anywhere.
