New Addon to Be Created or Added

Hello, so I'm relatively new to the server and I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but, I believe an addon where we could lean out of the windows of cars and shoot could add a lot to the server. Whether it be car chases, drive by shootings, or things of that nature. I do understand this could potentially be abused by people in some way but I believe that the staff could somehow find a way to put rules on it for what it could be used for.
