Reason for PK: I patted him down for wires badges video devices & weapons, he CLEARLY stated he had No bugs, recording devices etc... implying he had nothing I was patting him down for, after that we walked into the room and he gave me the money then my associate walked in & stated he was being mugged then he pulled out a knife & started knifing my associate, shortly after I got caught in the crossfire and died.

Why should you be unPK'd; I checked him for weapons wires, as I mentioned above. The guy said he had none. Since my friend and I were new to the server, we didn't realize that this was not legitimate roleplay, even though it makes no sense. Instead of using the c menu to check, (no guide or anything telling you about it & we had no clue about it) we patted him down to see if he had any weapons and if we could mug him for money, However, he played the game well by saying he didn't have any. We never made him do anything; we just patted him to see if he had any weapons. If this is a real roleplay, you could feel the big ass. butchering knife    is not a weapon that you can easily hide it wasn't like we were attempting to take his weapons or items or restrain him, we were just curious if he had weapons via frisk. I think it's stupid that I have to use a function that no new players ever know about until it's too late to check for items; I'm willing to accept a warning, but this is putting me behind schedule by a week for something that no new players could know about. To be honest, I didn't even know that you could use C on players until the staff member explained it to me.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hello there, pking admin here, the reason you were pked was because you died during mugging someone.

The person you mugged retaliated the mug and managed to kill you both.

In the sit, and in the appeal, you talk about power gaming yet talked about your friend being a rule junkie. (Don't mean it offensively, just that he should know the rules too)

This rule here, clearly states that you as the muggers need to bring your own equipment to continue a mugging to retrieve the belongings.

I explained to your during the sit that the reason it is not power gaming, is because of game mechanics. Mugging is a serious thing in the server and has many consequences. You and your friend, not only did not have any restraints, but did not figure out game mechanics before trying it. This is where mugging rule 6 b) is in play (shown above).

Here is the clip if you're curious or want to re-watch. 3rd guy was uninvolved because the second the muggee killed both of you, the fearrp dropped because the knife was up, and the shotgun was up. 3rd guy was uninvolved, got a metagame warn, and sent on his way. OTHERWISE, if 3rd guy was involved at the start of the mugging, the muggee, would've been pked.
