Rule 13 ban apeal

Ban Appeal Format:
Below is the format that you must followed when making a ban appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per ban, if you are denied you must wait out the remainder of your ban. If it's permanent, you may appeal again in 6 months.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the ban OR the appeal is for a permanent ban. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Our bans page (https://bans.divergenet.works/) can provide any missing information such as the reason, issuing staff member, length, etc.

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): things got heated in dms discord and i was asked was it a threat i specified it wasn't it was a suggestion i wrote and i believed it was miss understood i did not write anything about causing harm or any threats i was just explaining things it could sound like a threat but it can sound different depend on perspective plus i also said i would not do anything plus i specified that it was not a threat the last message maybe ill be in touch it sounds like a threat i was simply telling the other person to apologize it sounds like a threat but its not what i wrote was not a threat 

Why should you be unbanned? why should i be unbanned? 1 im not a troll 2 the day before the day i bought vip 1 to support the server 2 to i am not a troll 3 i do understand what i wrote could be interpreted as a threat but it was not meant to be one and the conversation got heated and emotions got out of hand and this is not rp related i will provide Screenshots and the last screen shot i will provide is the same person i was allegedly threating the other person.

Realistically I see threats from both sides so I hope rule 13 was equally enforced
