Reason for ban: Metagame -

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): dispute

Why should you be unbanned?: Unfortunately I do not know what this situation is revolved around - I was not given much reason on this unfortunately I did DM ShauningT And ask if It was related to the fact that two lucchese guys got banned for metagame 2hr before banning me for 30d both for 4 days (both end perfectly for the weekend lol) related to a mugging metagame that they were involved in thru discord but he did not reply. 

a metagame ban for 30 days is abit excessive and I believe its that length due to the issue that happened at apartments as there was no issues left and I never opened a ticket to have there side banned for metagaming the mugging 
 

"Funny you bring up metagame" - We simply opened a ticket he told me to DM me the proof - I had a previous metagame ticket in diverge discord opened for roughly 2-3 weeks that shauningT was assigned to but was eventually closed with no decision because I did not metagame apart from that I'm not sure of any other situation where I could be banned for metagame.

Feels retaliatory for getting the luch banned on accident when I didnt even want them boys banned we a few of us talked in VC after and it was cool 

None of us were in VC during the mugging

Hello, 

Thank you for reaching out. This is in fact about another situation. 

Firstly I would like to point out that shauningt and Shaniqua are two different elements to the server and when making decisions it is something that I am open about as well. Your ban is intact not a retaliation, for being so long with such an easy dispute would frankly be very silly of me.  You also bring up the timing of the bans, again there is no correlation and you are connecting dots that are not there. 

This ban is regarding an incident in the cells, where you and another player were arrested. The other party begins to start speaking to a police officer in the cells, where only they would be able to hear the conversation, but you begin answering questions in chat like you were hearing them perfectly. Furthering this incident you show up on your judge character moments later with another incident telling another party about how you're on a call with some guys. 

The length of your ban comes with this being a third infraction of metagame.

Yea I have no idea what you are talking about this screams that you are giving me a ban for retaliation -

Your explanation for a 30day ban being related to something I dont even recall happening proves alot that you probably/most likely begged for a clip to use -

And I believe you can be on normal calls with people on diverge so long as its not metagame related and you are talking only in game related to RP so if the situation ended and I switched to my Judge char likely I am not doing any rp following that and was likely talking/showing gifs and memes through a call that may of started after I switched- Your reason doesnt seem sufficient as sometimes u can hear thru cell doors even when closed its just GMOD. 

Also the fact that this report just came in after you had to ban your guys but they'll be back for the weekend seems oddly sus

Could you provide a date and a time for this offense so that i can look thru my medal to disprove this Metagame claim.

I like you but this is 100% retaliation
