Hello as the admin stated you were set PK active by your faction for openly talking about drugs in the street and additionally bringing heat to the faction by shooting at police officers. When you join a faction you agree that they have the power to kill your character if they deem they have a reason to. In this specific case the reasoning is perfectly valid and is corroborated by looking at server logs.
