Why should I be unbanned?

Hello, I have not played on this server in years but I recently came back and found that my account was banned supposedly for being used as an alt.

I have no recollection of using an alt on this server, and the person whose ID it claims I was an alt for, Steam ID: 52916632 does not even exist when looked up on the SteamID website.

If you check my steam profile you can also tell that this is not an alt account. I have over a decade of steam use and hundreds of hours in many games. 

I would appreciate if this ban could be reviewed. I genuinely do not know why I received this ban and I would like to take part in the server.
