Reason for blacklist (if given): Spawned skulls, and prop fly.

Why should it be returned?: I think it should be returned because I have read the rules now and am more understanding of why I got them taken in the first place it has also been over a month since I got them taken away, and I have learned my lesson and would be happy to get them back, while using them properly. thank you for your time.
