Reason for ban 

Lying to staff/unapproved prison break

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute

Why should you be unbanned? I logged in, got a cops a attention, he had released me, once I was down the street I called for staff to remove me from the SP faction, someone responded, I cant remember who initially, I explain how I was released and he agreed on the transfer. I continue about my day when about an hour or so  @boomroasted_ TP's me into a cell saying I lied and that I some how abused the system. He didnt even let me speak or discuss the matter with him and left me in the cell, when I made about 2 other tickets calling him back he kicks me from the server and blocks me on discord after after a brief confrontation. I mean I dont believe I actully broke any rules here, I assumed it was on the cops to be aware on who is simply to stay and go, considering they have access to criminal complaints drop off's and other resources. It was not my intentions to break any rules but if im found to have broken any I apologize .

As I explained to you during to initial sit is that once you are in court RP you can not be released. You have been a cop on this server before, and know that every cop does not have access to all criminal complaints. This would also be considered a jail break and as rules state these are not allowed, therefore I reset you back as this should have been caught by staff. You clearly lied to staff to get transferred back, stop this "im the victim" talk, you have an extension PO list, and have been on this server long enough to know better.

Again the PD has a criminal complaint drop off and every cop has access to it and PD have other resources to get information on suspects in custody. You are also just randomly accusing me of lying, I mean whats the proof besides you think I lied? I told staff what happened, in the video it clearly shows how I was released what did I lie about? It just dosent make sense.

As I was the one who released you, you made a ticket asking to be un-transferred and said that the charges were dropped, no arrest warrant was provided, and that the officer directly falsely arrested you. I assumed this was correct because I'm a new staff member and moderator, I trusted your word and as I don't remember who anyone is in the server, I didn't even look at your PO's or Bans. It was my fault yes, but you only got released BECAUSE of you abusing my stupidity.

Wow, I never ever stated that charges were dropped or anything like that, we discussed how I got out and under what circumstance, I also told you it was on the police to verify my status and you agreed after that. Either you are mistaken or lying.

I also had no clue that you were new. Like how could you say I was abusing you when we were having a discussion about the situation, I never said anything to mislead you, I was answering your questions.
