Mugging Rules:

Rule 22:

Target mugging someone in an effort to specifically pk them (PK hunting) is not permitted. 

instance : Targeting them for OOC reasons or for events that occurred on a different character. (Meta/Powergame) 
- person was pk'd by our faction due to being found out of being a rat on 15/08/2026 ~05:10 BST

Context : player only knew me from his old character and was camping outside of the golden dragon after i have finished the transaction with the people that was working there (in the clip) i went to get a shipment across from the jewelry store which the same car and person (Red Helmet) pulled up and tried to follow me which i escaped that time (before the mugging went down)
