I would like to formally appeal the player kill that happened during the recent encounter. I understand that PKs require clear roleplay justification, including initiations such as an explicit mugging demand, and must provide reasonable opportunity for compliance.

In this case, while I was told to get out of the car, there was no clear indication or verbal command that I was being mugged. Specifically, no instructions to surrender, put my hands up, or comply with any mugging demands were issued. Due to this lack of clear communication, I assumed it was safe to drive away rather than surrender. The kill occurred immediately after I drove off, without any prior warning or reasonable chance to respond, which I believe violates the server’s Fear RP and mugging rules.

As emphasized in the rules, a valid mugging requires clear demands and reasonable time for the victim to comply. Mugging through vague threats or simply pointing guns without explicit roleplay orders does not meet the threshold for a justified PK. Allowing such ambiguous situations may lead to unfair gameplay and disrupt fair roleplay dynamics.

I respectfully ask that this incident be reviewed thoroughly with all available evidence—videos, logs, or witness statements—to verify whether the killing adhered to the roleplay standards outlined in the server rules. If the evidence confirms the lack of valid mugging initiation or Fear RP compliance, I request that the PK be overturned.

Hello, the clip of this PK is pretty clear. Two men came to your parked car and gave repeated orders saying “hop out the car hop out the car” while having guns drawn and pointed at the vehicle, until you sped away.

The orders and the fear rp were clear. I do not see how you could view otherwise, maybe you just didn’t catch it being caught up in the moment.

Regardless I see nothing wrong with how the muggers placed you under fear rp and the orders they gave you.
