Why should you be unbanned?
So for starters there was this minge running around all day spawning trash props and going around to different properties harassing them and just minging and we got warnings from other people about him showing up and disturbing people nothing was done about that then later he comes to my factions property and then harasses them and they warned him multiple times to leave and then I walk up everyone has guns pointed at him so I'm thinking he was attacking someone or wouldn't leave so I shot him and like it says in these rules 

1. You may kill in self defence or in defence of your partners/faction/property (Must have F3). When you've been attacked by an aggressor and survive (you did not aggravate or bait them to hit you) you may return with a weapon to kill them. and  You may kill someone if they have refused multiple requests or commands under gunpoint to leave your private/faction property. (See Laws and Penal Codes. Murder is a crime!)    

    

   Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I didn't get a clip because I didn't expect anything to come out of the situation because of the shit he was doing and didn't expect to be banned for rdm

+1 Deserves an unban I was one of the guys telling the absolute minge to get off our property as he was being held at gunpoint buy 4+ people and wasn’t listening, This also was not the first time this dude came to fuck with us.

Hello, banning admin here.

As i explained to you during the sit, multiple times and at length, the issue is that you personally gave no warnings for him to leave, nor did you have your gun pointed at him before shooting. You walked up to the situation, and without you giving a warning, shot him. As i was unsure of how that action stood in regard to the rules, I briefly called AceAdmiral, a senior admin. After speaking with her, and explaining the situation, we came to an understanding that what you did was rdm, as you did not escalate properly. I looked over your notes and bans, and then realized that you had 6 prior bans (3 for rdm) and 10 notes (5 for rdm/ardm). After seeing you had so many logged punishments on your account, starting from February, I decided a ban was appropriate. I will say, I believe I was VERY lenient on the ban time considering your extensive punishment history and your last ban being 7 days (which ended less than a week ago).
