Jock Bacchen Epic PK Appeal

Hello, my name on steam is miniondabob, or if you play on diverge 1990's mafia rp, you will most likely know me as the character Jock Bacchen. I am here on the diverge forums to appeal the permanent killing of my character Jock Bacchen. I will link in the clip below the particular insistance of me being assaulted repeatedly (within the same life) by a player who did not like the things I had to say to him, without me ever attacking or even stalking him, and afterwards resulting in the permanent killing of my character Jock Bacchen, it is unfortunate i did not get the whole clip of him killing me. But I hope that administrators will realize that his aggression and assault against me was completely ooc and breaks the rules of engagement on the server, and so by extension his permanent killing of me was completely unjustified by attempting to lure me into what was supposedly his place of business in the very last few seconds and him killing me after the clip. I would love for the person who pked my character to show his perspective of the whole situation.

I would add:

You are saying there was not provocation leading up too that what about the several incidents before then where you were chasing me with a bat and beating on our car; and creating problems in and around the city for myself and my jew friend; this was not our first meeting and at no point had you been hospitalized previously; and I was still on your ass about the bat attack on me and my buddies vehicle- I had previously broke your legs and allowed you too live after the bat incident. which wasnt too far before this. maybe minutes

 

I believe you were still able to be killed for the attack even minutes later however I have no ill will towards you and do not mind if its rescinded anyway just because I know how it is too lose a character you enjoy playing on.

I had been hospitalised multiple times in the approximately 1 & 1/2 or 2 hours I had been playing the server. If my memory serves, I attacked a single car once only after I had been run over by it, which, in the case you're describing, presumably contained you inside it. If true, I had most definitely been hospitalised after the fact. Regardless, in the relevant case, my interaction with you had no other context than the situation that is detailed in the clip above.

Hi! Im the admin who administratored this pk along with another admin helping out.

In the video you were given clear demands at gunpoint to get into the building, at the point, you refusing to go in shows that you did not value your life as that char.

Thus resulting in the death of your char.
