Why should you be unbanned? 
Im new to GmodRP I have only ever played one other server, and I joined this one and was recruited to a gang which had an event going on, I went to go get my car and come back and on the way a man followed me and followed me until I accidentally hit him when my screen froze. He kept following me and then blew my car up. He found me again and stole my car. Then when he was following me again I hit him with my car and turned off my PC. I got back on and I was banned, I am new to this server and had no idea that knocking somebody out was a rule break, I wasnt aware of this as the person following me looked to be experienced and he was full on harassing me.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and reduce your ban to 2 days. Eventhough you are apologetic, you still decided to fight fire with fire, (a rule breaker by breaking the rules yourself) (according to your story) I also want to add that if you drive fast with a vehicel and your game freezes, that it's still on the drivers responsibility most of the times if you run people over. Next time file in a report using "@" in-game with a clip so we can assist you instead of you handling scenarios yourself, shutting off your pc or game right after you killed someone is highly not advised neither, i'd suggest you to wait 10 minutes at least and then turn off the game so it can't be really considered Leaving to avoid Punishment
