Self reflection is an essential part of growing up, though some people, especially younger people, tend to lack that skill early on. You clearly can't self reflect atm, whether because you are too emotional or it's over whelming being told all these things by so many different people at once. I don't say this to be rude or mean in anyway, I think when you're too close, time wise, to an event you lack the ability to separate your actions from who you are as a person, whereas if you revisit the event in say, a few months, few years, you can more objectively self reflect and realize how maybe some of your words or actions were less than ideal.

In a few years when you develop the ability to self reflect I do genuinely invite you back to appeal. Until then, take a break.
