Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i do not understand how corcus attemps at doxing me in side the official escape from tarkov server which has aprox 100k people in it makes me a "rat" when your admins are going out of their way to harrass me for no reason and me stating correctly to the moderation team of the escape from tarkov offical server makes me at fault instead of corcus

Why should you be unbanned? there is no reason for me to be banned in the first place other than the fact that corcus attempted to dox me in the official escape from tarkov server of which he was correctly banned from for violating their rules 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc):  as you can see they attempted to dox me in the server and were correctly banned just because i didnt allow their behavior in regards to them doxing me is no reason for me to be banned

You were very rude in a support ticket and pendred simply made the ticket public as an epic joke. Crocie simply continued this meme by asking you if you received adequate support in other discords since you had left the main server. He did not dox you. All he did was look at your public profile, view your publicly connected accounts and your public spotify and refer to you by that name. His reasoning, which he later disclosed when I inquired about it, is that he assumed a name like Kirk was simply a meme related to Charlie Kirk, which is why he chose to use it, as opposed to your Garry's mod RP moniquer. 

This isn't doxing and going out of your way to message a moderator on the EFT discord and posture it as if it was doxing is silly and I assume where the 'rat' ban originates from. Obviously what the EFT mods do is outside of your control, but all this really requires, in my opinion, is an apology for your initial rude behaviour. Actions begot consequences ultimately, you aren't a victim.

i was hardly rude considering your player base you just dont like the fact the owner was called out on his bull shit and i never inissiated the contact with the eft moderators they were the one to message me first because of how weird it was for someone to post what he did and if you view it as the admin was the one wronged then you are no better than the rest thinking of your self as higher then the rest and i wish you the best say goodbye to your server and the money laundering pendred has #serversgone bye all

I don't see how you can look back at the screenshot and not see the comments you made as coming off as very rude and entitled. You started the issue by being a prick and when they (pendred and others) threw the same attitude back you ran off and pretend to be the victim.

I will be completely honest, you don't really belong on the server.  You have such a small temper and get defensive so fast and start insulting people because you can't control your baby rage.  You go to the extent of calling random people you don't even know Nazi's which is hilarious because the one person you say it to is the furthest thing from a Nazi.  I have my first name on my discord profile and don't flip shit when somebody mentions or says my name, you are just utterly retarded so I guess you didn't know that people can see your connections.

If I were you I'd just move on, go play DarkRP maybe PonyRP since it seems right up your alley due to the lack of mental capacity required to play the server and have fun
