Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was inside of the casino gambling and was on a terrible losing streak, when this guy starts playing other peoples hands (Hitting place hand before they can) and being a bit of a goof. After multiple times of him doing that and making a few people mad I finally turned around after he had placed a bet on where I was gambling and jokingly while laughing started shooting at him and killed him.  Later on I learned that the person I killed did not even want me punished but due to my multiple POs I was banned.

Why should you be unbanned? I do like to think I was jokingly killing him and that the person that made the ticket had a little NITRP (Standing on my head and reaching around me just to play my hand) But at the same time I do understand that I have many POs and I do apologize for my actions.

Hello, banning admin here. While the situation that led to this RDM may have been irritating, there was no escalation to the shooting outside of you laughing with your friends about how if you RDM'd him no one would care. Here's the clip in question https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/n7eJZSN5PJpMVsb85?invite=cr-MSxRQjMsNzkyNzY2ODY TLDR : 30 seconds in someone says "I wouldn't do anything if you shot him", 55 seconds in someone said to shoot him for taking another hand. Had you started escalating this confrontation properly with your gun instead of turning around and shooting him, this would not be an issue. Your POs are the majority of the reason I did not feel comfortable ending this in a note, many of your previous notes are for RDM, all 6 notes and bans that were counted were from the past 12 months. While I do not feel this ban was unjust, good luck on your appeal.
