Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):I'd like to give this apology because I didn't think this be bigger than it was, I wanted my character to die and I didn't want to suicide him so I just wanted a cooler death than that and I didn't think that it would be a problem and so I'm giving apology for that. and sorry for lying I thought it was just going to be a whatever and didn't think it was going to lead to a ban.

Why should you be unbanned? I didn't think it'd be a big thing I've seen other people have people kill their characters in whatever way I didn't have a gun to get into a shootout with the cops so I thought the best next thought was going to be that a mugging gone wrong so we agreed that a mugging gone wrong was the next best point and with both agreed that it was just going to be a one and done just to kill him off so we decided to allow him to mug me and have me fight back as it was a little more realistic than suicide or that so I'm sorry for causing anything we both agreed that it was a quick and easy Idea and didn't think that staff would get involved in it as much as they did.

During a time of heated tensions between Kosher Nostra and Kinahan, you and Tanner organized and orchestrated a mugging pk.

We discovered this when Kosher officially opened escalation on Kinahan regarding it, which would have crippled Kinahan and caused a lot of problems for them.

During the escalation ticket, UA noticed that the pk was orchestrated. When I confronted you about it, you said it wasn't and you didn't want to die like a bitch. Your co-conspirator and killer was not so discreet and confessed to it.

 

The timeline of events is:

Your co conspirator informed someone from Kosher Nostra, and someone from Lucchese that he was "about to mug someone". You "were lured" by the promise of "free stuff" into the church. The mugging began. You, in the worst acting fashion possible, with 0 enthusiasm pulled out a bat and yelled "i'm going to kill you ahhh!@!!@"

You were shot dead. Your co conspirator then went outside and told the jew and lucchese, "he's dead". He then went and told like everybody. You then made a Kinahan char and hung out with your killer, discussing the pk.

It was the most piss poor performance I'd ever seen. Take acting lessons, and be up front with us next time when asked. Dont try to lie your way out of it.

Your little "i just wanted to die" would make sense had your co conspirator not tried to make everything super public and tell the enemies of kinahan, and "victim" faction.

I didnt know he was going to flex it i just wanted the character dead I didnt even find out that he told anyone til after, why he told people? I dunno I didnt want it to be public i just wanted the character dead. my timeline for it is this

(No where in that did I see him flexing or anything of the sort I just plain out wanted my character dead)
The reason for the wanting of my character dead is im UA banned and unable to go anywhere without getting PKd so I just wanted to focus on PD and Kinahan(before I even considered really playing my jew character) offered a spot to where I didnt have to do much so obviously I took it

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

This is your first powergame/meta ban, I was the one who first called the whole pk staged AF, during an escalation ticket made by Kosher as mentioned above. I got on the server to see what you two were up to and you and tanner were talking about the kill on your new Irish char, and you even mentioned and made sure that Tanner had gotten rid of the gun. In the future if you want to get rid of your char, please use the delete button as actions similar to this can have very serious ramifications. 

The ban will be reduced to 3 days.
