Hello, I am the admin that set you PK active as a result of your faction's leadership ordering a hit out on you. They said you had been bringing heat to the faction by baiting the police and messing with other factions. They apparently had a talk with you about this, and you failed to correct the behavior. When you get hired into any faction, you are shown this prompt:

two things here, one I haven't baited any cops or been arrested on my character(If logs were checked ive never been charged just detained) and two they had the talk(as of and I haven't interacted with any cop since that moment, please if you could show me some evidence that proves I that I cop baited after the talk(6/13/26) ( then id gladfully understand)(PS I was mainly playing my cop recently until i suicided him so if you have proof within the last 2 week of me cop baiting that was after the knicks won id like to see that it was me) and if unable to I will consider a UA ticket

and no before you say "what about messing with other factions" I have never been a ass to any faction im generally well liked so thats another route that cannot be followed

■ Bringing 'Heat' to the faction

As a result of their reckless action or arrests they bring attention or heat to the group and are therefore too much of a risk to keep around.
Things that constitute bringing heat:

• Caused an investigation
• Caused a search/seizure/warrant to be issued and executed
• Caused a fellow faction member(s) to be implicated or arrested
• Provided information or testimony which harmed the faction (Snitching)
• Being constantly arrested on or around faction property/members; drawing attention from erratic behaviour

[You may be asked to provide proof]

Things that DO NOT constitute bringing heat:

• Having a Felony on their record
• Being arrested or detained for a minor crime
• Being arrested or detained for a crime not related to the faction
• Simply interacting with police
  
  Since I have yet to be shown any proof I do requested that I am shown the proof "bringing heat" is those itd be a great ALSO be shown the proof for baiting cops.

Hi, commenting on this because I was involved in the alleged "cop baiting" incident. Not once did the cops attempt to arrest us as we were NOT the people driving the car. Let alone there was so many people involved in that where there's no way in shape or form that could be considered cop baiting. 

Being in a car that drives like shit and crashes a couple times does NOT equal cop baiting. 

Not once were we pursued, told to put our hands up, or anyway put under arrest by the cops.

Also he was taxed for this, he paid the tax almost immediately and did not do anything since then.

We also got pulled over once (i like my Vespa a little too much) but clearly I was driving and I was let off with a warning.

This is what I remember, if there's clips or somthing showing us otherwise id love to see them!

Ill admit, the Knicks van thing was dumb on our parts, but it shouldn't be more then just a simple: "knock it off."  There were 12 of us in that van

Hello! As already stated by the PK’ing admin when you joined the faction you accepted a pop up saying they could kill you at anytime granted they had a valid reason. 
 

The reason was beyond just your situation with the cops. Was also stated that as a buttoned member, or made man, you weren’t upholding your oath. Your situation with the van that you admitted too also shows your behavior unbecoming of a made man to your factions HC.

 

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
