Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i got banned alongside Amy, all I said was I can help you get away from Tyrone and that I could make this all go away and pay the 50k while she danced and ig the mod assumed we was doing something wicked which is understandable i feel i was wrongfully banned for 2weeks frickin crazy! but as i said to the mod i am truly sorry and it wont happen again and mofo said enjoy your two weeks

Why should you be unbanned? we did not erp lol she was dancing. lets talk about the people saying the most outrageous stuff  or doing fucked up /me in public  what a joke i did nothing wrong people have done worse and not banned for it 

i was also lookin at other peoples bans and i saw 2 people actually erping moaning and shit  with video evidence saying oh its just a joke and they get a week like what! and i get two weeks for nothing but getting a lap dance.

Hello, I was the staff who banned you.

I was flying around on my staff character and flew into Ghetto Room 9 and noticed a bodyguard at the bathroom door.  Inside the bathroom was you and another person, the second person was giving you a lap dance while you where actively participating in it.  You went into that room fully knowing what was going to happen.  "There was no /me" is lowkey the sorriest attempt of an escape I've seen.  Lap dances are a very popular and KNOWN act of paid sexual acts just because the chick wasn't naked doesn't mean there wasn't any sexualRP intent.

While I do believe this roleplay could be considered somewhat sexual in nature, I do not believe it constitutes a violation of Global Rule 12 and ERP. Especially considering there has been strip-adjacent clubs on the server before which have gone unpunished/had no staff intervention. That said, this roleplay is still approaching the line of what could be considered a Global Rule 12 violation. Please use better judgment going forward and be more mindful of your actions in similar situations.
