Reason for PK: Failed mug 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe the victim i tried to tie violated FearRP since he was on gunpoint by me at first and then by my friend after i switched to restrains and it shouldnt be a PK for any of us. The reason described was my friend (whose recording ill be attaching under) turned away, but its clearly seen the gun was drawn during that insignificant turn + how would he expect to defend from both of us like Rambo in this situation  is still unclear and feels like FearRP.
So the victim was on gunpoint all the time and still took the risk to shoot back. I believe this shouldnt be a PK for any of us.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

iirc anyone even the target can pull a gun even under FearRP and take the risk of shooting out of the situation.

Edit: even then mugging in general carries the risk of a PK to anyone that dies no matter how it ends

So then the target would be PKed too?

He isn't under any fear rp your partner turned away when he pulled the gun and you looked away not pointing a gun at him. When he pulled it out there was no fear rp active

Hello, I was the staff member who administered the permanent kill on your character. As the reason you're friend turned 90 degrees while you two were initiating a mug, Which gave him time to shoot you when tying him up.

I explained you the reason in the staff sit and had a couple of other staff members watching the evidence provided and agreed with my decision.

That sounds fair, just wanted to make sure you saw video from our perspective too since you were in rush and couldn't do it while issuing the PK. Thanks for your time

Honestly it was so fast that he was probably already pulling his gun out regardless but I do believe both of them should of got pk'd here
