Reason for PK: Mugging

 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was driving around in my car I drove to Harbour to fix my car and all of a sudden muggers came up to me with their gun on safety which doesn't put me under FearRP. "- If they disobey direct orders multiple times (while under fear rp) which leads to complications in the mugging.

ex: Refuses to stay still and moves one or two steps at a time to try and escape, refuses to stop talking leading to someone over hearing the mugging. " I didn't see them as a threat due to them having their guns on safety they only got their guns off the safety on 0:18 in the clip right when I was about to enter the car (you can hear the guns clicking and you can see their guns off the safety) they didn't give me enough time to do anything.

In this situation you had more then enough time to react.  In the ticket makers clip he had his gun off safety the instant he started shouting orders at you, the person that clicked their gun off safety was the other person with him.  In the sit you claimed "I didn't hear him because I was playing music" which isn't a server issue, its yours.  How I see the situation is you heard him tell you its a mugging, you unlock your car and tried escaping the mug which lead to your death.

Unfortunately you did break FearRP and the rule you cited basically only applies to situations where the victim gets shot 1-2 seconds after receiving commands.

The assailant placing you under FearRP most certainly did not have his gun on safety. The clip we were provided with to solidify your death very clearly shows them off safety and giving you orders, in which you completely ignore them and start to drive off. 

Another thing, you making yourself unable to hear other players is not an excuse, and has nothing to do with us.
