Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was literally sitting in garrison running the gun store, had a shipment on the way ready to log and when i tab back in im banned. I never mugged anyone, never brought to a sit, never was involved in a mug. Check my logs.

Why should you be unbanned? Because i never mugged anyone

also why not bring me to a sit? i’m active in the city and was in the middle of a gun sale just for the guy to not get his guns and lose his money

I'm going to comment because I was the one who denied the original report.

I deemed it was invalid for the reasons I'll be explaining below, I ALSO sent the clip in Discord and asked 2 UA members to give their opinions which they both agreed the mug was valid. I did this to prevent conflict of interest (wink wink )

The TM can be seen infront of the Golden Dragon with a group of individuals (including 2 Takahashi-Kai members) gathered across the street infront of The Garrison, accompanied by a single witness standing infront of the bench.

Tengu initiates the mug at this exact moment, in a yellow zone, with only ONE witness directly looking at the incident. All others, excluding one of two Takahashi-Kai members are looking away towards The Garrison enterance. 

This ban is invalid because it did not constitute a failmug. All mugging rules were followed, individual was dragged to a red zone via FearRP and only then was he tied up and actually mugged in the alleyway. 

Regarding the mugging char, I'm not even going to bother explaining, Tengu is a Captain, since when are Captains with their characters set as their main considered mugging char. Bro was literally mid RP (gunsale) when he was banned.

If he was also PK'ed for failmug that also should be reverted immediately.

I might not be staff anymore but at no point I will let someone get punished without justification.

Here is evidence of me bringing them both in a sit and explain the situation and what happened, they both agreed and understood my words, I continued by returning both of them to deal with the 25 other tickets I was busy taking.

okay so it was from multiple days ago which was approved by the staff member who I believed had it approved with UA that it was valid. I initiated it in a yellow zone. brought dude to a red zone and mugged him within the rules. I dont see why multiple days later I get banned without being pulled or anything when I was active waiting on a shipment for one of my customers.

So, for further clarification this was not just a rule break based on solely the mugging. This was reported to UA, an investigation was conducted, and multiple major issues were found.

Fail Mug - You mugged with several witnesses. Doesn’t matter if only one was directly looking at you as you initiated. You were not in private and had multiple witnesses. Bad.

Mugging Char - Your char was deemed as a mugging char as, proved by logs, you purposely switched from your main char that was involved in the RP to mug the health inspector. This was after you were trying to request in rumor for others to mug him. Again, proven by logs. 

Truthfully, the banning staff was generous here. Count the blessings they gifted you.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
