Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel like I killed the guy in self defense

Why should you be unbanned? The guy was in a vehicle and rammed me in my vehicle 4 different times on different occasions in the past 15 mins, he was in a police chase bc of it and the police couldnt stop him he could just plow through their cars so I chase the vehicle down hoping I can block him in so the police can get him finally and instead he rams my truck, hurting me, and pins it against the barrier and flips my truck so I get out and shoot him cuz ive had enough and nothing else was stopping him

7. You may not kill someone for hitting your vehicle with theirs, light bumps/small accidents are normal and can happen. However you may kill them if they continue to target your vehicle with theirs or ram you multiple times, intentionally attempting to swerve and hit you/your vehicle.

8. Likewise if someone runs you (pedestrian) over / hits you with their car intentionally you may kill them. However, if it was an accident or incidental car clipping and was not intentional, be reasonable and don't kill them.

This guy took damage and got immobilized and he got banned for self-defense? Plus the white shirt driving the hummer would be doing what I consider RVDM on account of they randomy started attacking a dude with their vehicle. that sucks so hard, i'd make a staff report on whoever made that call, dawg

Hey there I'm the hummer driver, I hit this guy once in his car and he starts chasing me anytime he saw me so I pinned his car once he started to shoot me and I left and didn't bother him at all, next time I got into a chase he comes out of nowhere to try and block me getting involved in a chase that had nothing to do with him at all. So he follows me all the way to car dealer so I just pinned his car and flipped it so he can stop chasing me and leave. Between the first incident and this one there was atleast 5 - 10 mins before he came out of no where to follow me and hit my vehicle.

 

I hit his truck once and he follows me to try get some revenge and seems to me was to bait me into doing this just so he can shoot me. Since he knows exactly how to try and claim defense in the rules when he was the one following me and chasing me when I didn't chase him.

So in summary I never chased him he chased and followed me after one incident of hitting his car, he admit as much as trying to active block me btw this chase he was blocking in wasn't due to the very first incident but cause I did a bit of reckless driving. In the clip he even goes "got you that time" showing it ain't the first time he tried shooting me, he was actively hunting me down to get a reason to shoot

buddy im not gonna argue with you on here but you followed me and crashed into me multiple times, you even followed me back to golden dragon and wrecked me where other people even saw it

Hello, banning admin here. While you may have been flipped over by this person, it was not until after you chased him down for bumping into your truck. When the police chase between the Hummer and PD ensued, you followed him. The Hummer gets away from PD, and you're still chasing him. You find him, and attempt to stop his truck (while he is still on the run from PD). He, acting in self defense, pushes your car over so that you will stop. Road rage is where this originated from, over one single hit. As pointed out by yourself,

After the wreck you chased him, not the other way around. At around the 30 second mark we hear you allude to this in your clip "Gotcha that time". At the beginning of the clip we see you attempt to block him in. The evidence I was shown combined with this makes me believe this ban was fair, but good luck on your appeal.

+1 Based on the clip provided in this appeal, and the rules pasted, I think you should not be banned. You got damaged the time he rammed you in the car dealership, and you got pinned/flipped over disabling your vehicle. This looks clearly intentional by the person ramming you.
