PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.

You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

i retired with agreement From Upir  Dont understand why there was a hit on me  also the guy that did it does not have my name i feel like maybe some meta game was involved i do not have a clip my medal was messinig up

i never left the faction its been over 2 weeks since i retired and dont they need your name to pk you? if they are in another faction

Hello, PKing admin here.

I never thought I’d say this, but Andy has made a very valid point.

You had orders written on you for “failing to pay kickups” and “ghosting the family.”

I understand that your faction’s Underboss gave you permission to retire. However, as both he stated and as outlined in the rules, even if you are granted permission to retire by the Don himself, they are under no obligation to uphold that promise and may still place orders on you for up to 14 days after you leave the faction, not from the moment you announce your retirement.

In your case, you were still in the faction at the time, and it is entirely possible that your Underboss, or anyone with caporegime permissions either changed their mind or was not being truthful afterward.

Regarding your metagaming concern, the individual carrying out the hit is not required to know your name directly. The person who received the orders did, however, have the F3 of the individual who issued them.

Hello

I put a hit on you for failing to pay kick-ups and ghosting the family. Even after you told me you were retiring, you still hopped on your Bonnano character multiple times without paying kick-ups or atleast explain to me the reason for that.

the two weeks things is only AFTER you leave the faction wl retiring and leaving the wl are 2 different things. you can retire but most of the time if you retire your char you are not given permission to leave the faction wl compared to if you were granted permission to leave the faction wl. while you are under a faction's wl they can pk you at any time for any reason they seem fit. For this instance the underboss was the one who wrote the orders out for his char because he kept hoping on his char while being "retired" There's no point in retiring that char if you still going to play it and it seems like to the faction HC that he only retired that char to not pay kickups so they wrote orders on him if he wanted to still play the char he should have asked permission to leave faction WL and then they would only have two weeks to write orders on bruce's char.

Retiring your character means its retired. Hopping on it and doing whatever you were doing is against retirement. We killed you because you kept playing the char to do whatever you were doing, which is not retirement. We have been explicit in the fact that retirement means ur done with the character until u unretire, and im sorry you misconstrued that.
