Why should you be unbanned?

Instead of Alting, I was fighting against it valiantly (ironic.) There is/was a group of 3 ALTers using Aimbot. A lot of people are familiar with the group I am talking about as 2/3 have been Global Rule 1'd (with my very epic clips) they Copbait, ALT, Aimbot, Meta-game, Char Abuse, Mass LTAP ect. I had one banned a while back by the name of "SK" for showing me he was ESPing in a screenshot and he's back doing the same shit with his group of tards again.

The claim levied against me is RDMING twice on dead hours for no reason what so ever, however, this is false as I was collecting clips to prove they were committing mass rule breaks as I will prove below, a lot of people are aware of the group I am talking about.

In the first clip the white shirt, Fabian, is one of them, he LTAPPED around 5 times until we finally got him, as you can also see in both clips, the man in the leather jacket is involved both times (Same guy that hopped on his cop char) and the woman that the POV is in, is also involved in the very first posted clip, and the ones in the gun store. All 3 of them are involved in this aimbot/mass rulebreak.

From a first watch from the clips without context you would just assume RDM, however with all of the previous evidence given, she was meta-gaming for the LTAPPER to let him know when we left the area so he can get back on the character and then later when we arrested her, she calls her friend to try and stop the arrest on his cop character, I am sure other people have clips of her involvement but she should also be banned for being apart of this group.

 

Alas, I have changed my ways from Alting to trying to combat it, I got 2 Aimbotters sacked and I'm shooting for a third, I argue heavily that this ban is dog water, it was done by Velocity who has zero context for anything that has happened on those days and everybody can clearly see that my actions were justified.

Hello, I’m the admin who banned you.

As I’ve mentioned MANY times already, which you still do not seem to understand, you were banned based on a player report accusing you of RDM on two separate occasions. In the clips that were PROVIDED to me by the TM, which you also added to your appeal, you killed the player for ABSOLUTELY no reason and with ZERO interaction TWICE, which is why the ban was issued.

As I’ve AGAIN mentioned multiple times both in the UA ticket you opened AND in our DMs, I already recommended a reversal of the punishment if the players you interacted with are banned or proven to have been cheating.

For future reference, the correct way to handle situations like this is to create a UA ticket or call staff in-game directly, rather than going on an RDM spree against the players. Had you done that, this situation and the resulting false judgment would have been avoided completely.

Nobody went on an "RDM" spree other than the people clearly cheating, you were in the UA ticket involved, when I finally had an admin get on (Toast is goated) I got one banned. I did everything that you said I should've done. You banned me because you had zero clue a UA ticket was even open or that there were cheaters running around.
