Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I have never ever been banned on mafia rp in my entire life and I have nothing to apologize for because I am not punishment evading. and I sure do HOPE My character will not be touched as I have spent many many hours building it. Likely a way for the JEWS to kick me as they couldnt find a PK reason

 I started the server within the last 60 days. I jokingly agreed to being someone else but obviously my steam ID and my IP and all of the LEADING FACTORS DISCORD NAME ETC I WAS BANNED FOR SOMETHING IVE NEVER DONE I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT PUNISHMENT IM AVOIDING ? BEFORE YOU BAN SOMEONE FOR THAT YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY DO THE BACKGROUND CHECK AND VERIFY THE FACTS CAUSE AS FAR AS I CAN TELL I WAS BANNED WITHOUT a chance to defend myself or show anything. My steam account is 15 years old. 

Why should you be unbanned? : Because I was banned for literally no reason, Likely deleted my character as I was Removed from the Jew Discord. I expect that I will be unbanned and then given the chance to take my character and join a new faction. I am quite suprised the lack of work the admin put in before deciding to perma ban me: as I've now provided all the proof that my steam account is the SAME one i've always used. Please go ahead and confirm my info. Confirm I live in CANADA not the US so the person they assume me to be IS NOT POSSIBLE; And I would like to be swiftly unbanned thank you. Cheers I understand if its a mistake but not ONE MESSAGE just banned from discord chats.

On a mafia server i figured lying about anything would be fine as lots of people lie 24-7 as long as its related to whats going on. Hence why i did aswell

I am not anyone banned or blacklisted and only went with that because I wasnt aware of the persons issues. I figured it was a easy way for a promotion or to be recognized easily. as they had made him seem like a funny guy and similar to my personality. I was not aware he was banned or I never would of agreed too it. 

 

I do not believe the ban should be held for being dishonest with people in game, at no point did I recognize I was certainly going to be banned for taking over the personality of someone i had never heard of simply trying to gain rank with them. I now see he held onto the clip for several days and only posted it after we had a falling out, He knows im not who i said I am and is only trying to punish me because he wants me out of the jews. Hence why he held the clip for that

You admitted on clip that you were a player who was banned and tried to hide the identity by 'changing' the pitch of your voice, secondly this 'joseph' that certainly isnt you hasnt been on the server since a long while now and then you came up with the whole i should've lied! It's very easy to 'get a different steam acc' or clear ips or by being on a vpn whilst you were literally recognized by a few players by voice.

Its not really easy to get a steam account with all the stuff i have on mine; neither is it to have a permament ip; You can see Im on the same IP everytime I connect, I deleted my report on u shortly after seeing the video as I realized its likely you made a mistake based on the clip; yes I shouldnt of admitted to being someone I wasnt but is a ban justified I dont think so; Recognized by voice isnt true either they said it was my microphone quality not my voice; compare my voice to past joseph clips and you'll see im different

Nothing against you I realize you made a mistake based on something I said in game trying to gain influence and that wasnt your fault; Had i not said it you wouldnt of banned me for it which I didnt realize at the time because nobody told me about the video till after I posted this; After I saw the video I deleted the post against you. All I ask is that you check and verify my information and prove I am not Joseph so i can continue playing. Cheers man

 

I can show emails dating back as many years as u want that verify this is my steam account etc whatever, Logging in with same ip everytime i never use vpns for gmod; I did believe you messed up initially but after seeing the video I understand why your conclusion was that; However i AM NOT JOSEPH AND IF I WAS why wouldnt I just log back on with a new account if its as easy as said?
