Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I went into the kiwky Cash store in little Israel to mess with someone who looked like a friend i knew . I was in a new York construction workers outfit with the construction shovel out jokingly saying "give me your money". The guy who i thought i knew, was some random person and he shot me immediately and i was killed; didn't think anything of it and around 2 hours later, the dude decides to make a ticket to PK me and now im PK'd for which I think was an unjustified reason. And In the moment not a properly escalated Rp scenario.

Why are you even appealing the reason says it all "Failed Robbery" you just admitted that you tried to rob someone, you initiated mugging roleplay.

You initiated FearRP, he responded to your threats with a gunshot to the face.

Your attempting to use the excuse that you were minging to negate the fact you with your own free will went and started to FearRP/Rob the wrong person, you started the RP and got shot which is a PK according to the PK guidelines.
