Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): dont think the ban was unbiased since its my first offense and i got a week and 2 days

Why should you be unbanned? not going for a unban just want the ban length reduced

i couldnt care less about the reaction didnt "RDM" them for that killed the kid cause i told his ass id shut him up and he said id like to see you try so i dropped him
the other 2 i dropped cause i know damn well as soon as gun got pulled they were going to pull sos guy in the coroner was the only one who was even a half decent shot but probably still could have killed him had i not ran out of ammo at the worst moment

that was still RDM because he did not swing at you, up pole, pistol whip you or shoot at you look at the rules of engagement and learn to identify idle/active threats and non-threats. A proper escalation in this scenario at the very least would be /me spits, punching or even pistol whipping but fuck it tho u can just read up on the rules yourself. Learn to press and escalate proper next time

not arguing that i RDMd them like i said in the actual ticket not appealing for a removal at most just trying to get a reduction on the time since this is my first ban EVER and getting a week for it seems a bit ridiculous to me

It would appear to us that maybe you didn't know about the escalation rules.

 

Please review them when you have time:

Obviously it may be a players assumption that shootouts are part of the "mafia RP", but obviously it's gmod and we need restrictions. If you're going to attempt to escalate please go through the proper channels, discussing it with your don.

You really only have one PO, potentially 2, so i'll reduce to a day.
