Reason for PK: Cop fear rp

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was driving away from the cops when I past blue lobster I was shot at after driving further i ran into the sewers and shot one cop dying to the other, I Believe one of the cops opened fire as my car was shot at. This is also after I was originally was in a chase hid for 15 minutes and then as soon as I reemerged I was still chased.

Hey. In this instance, you were PKed because you shot at the police, which led to your death afterward. 

Rule: "Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed."

My reason for appeal was that I was shot at first within 4 minutes of the pk that falls under cops shooting first

Anyone can claim they were shot at first; however, you provided no evidence. When asked for a clip, you refused to provide one. For all we know, you may have been cop baiting in your previous interactions with them. I suggest you read the PK guidelines so that next time you understand that shooting at them can result in your char’s death.

Wow genuinely surprised you lasted this long when I was a cop you would randomly blast my ass with that shotgun. You seem to like killing cops that shit carries a big risk peace and love

Hello! 

While you claim that the cops shot at your vehicle, there is clip to support this claim and logs do not support it either. Your only damage logs leading up to your death are you taking damage from the world. This is caused by things such as drug withdrawals, hunger, or physics collisions! Due to there being a lack of evidence that shows the officers starting the violent confrontation, we will be denying this appeal.
