WTF stupidest ban of all time string appeal

Reason for ban: Lying to staff
Length of ban: 3 days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute.  I got banned for a reason that doesn't even exist and I didn't even lie on purpose, I was saying what I thought was true at the time.  The admin extended the ban from 1 day to 3 days, I'd appreciate a full unban.

Also the situation was fucked from the beginning, I had robbed a apt building 5-10 mins before I had gotten banned, and the whole reason I even got put into a sit was due to me wondering why I had gotten rdmed. The person I had robbed was a black jew, the person who killed me was a white guy wearing a payday 2 mask. That is why i was confused and had made the sit in the first place, and when Crimson the shitty admin who took my ticket pulled me into the sit room, I had said why i just got rdmed randomly and had left out that I had robbed his friend, but I never knew it was his friend in the first place, so after I show him my clip, he comps my knife and lets me go and I go on with my day then 2 mins later, I get pulled back into his sit and he starts yelling at me saying I lied to him and that I was at fault and now was getting banned for "lying to staff" for some reason. I tried explaning that I didnt know that was his friend and if i knew it in the first place I wouldnt had made the rdm sit anyways. But he didnt care and started yelling at me and started to shut me up for no reason and then banned me?? 

Ive never dealt with such a dumb way to get banned, I don't get it at all and this crimson guy needs either to get removed from staff or demoted or some brand new training cause ts is not good.
Why should you be unbanned? I didn't do what I was banned for Additional Information (images, videos, etc)

In the clips above the first clip I had provided was the intial clip where I had died and the first sit room he took me to where he had heard my side of the story and had given me a comp. 

The second clip above was where he had took me to a sit room and started bashing me and yelling at me and not allowing me to say my side of the story and banning me for 1 day then later made into 3 days for some fucking reason

This clip is where I had died and requested the comp for my weapon , the guy i robbed was black mind you and this guy was a white guy wearing the payday mask and my reason to making the staff ticket.


If i had known that the guy i robbed friends killed me then i wouldnt had cared and would of moved on with my day, but i didnt know and that is the reason for the ticket for the comp.


Also last thing, crimson in the intial sit video never asked me why happened before i got rdmed, i just stated my facts and said that he came up to me for no reason and rdmed me, i never mentioned and idk why i would need to mention that i robbed somebody that was not even relevent in the fact of that time, I just want this shit off my record, worst fucking ban reason of all time and can someone please tell me in the rule book where it says that lying to staff is a ban? ive been staff 2x times on diverge and never seen ts before,

Hi I am the banning Admin You called in a ticket for rdm after being killed For what i could see was random I didn't ask about the background as I thought at the time it was just street beef but You stole from the people and got killed for it which was lying to me as it wasn't random and when I pulled you originally you told me there was no reason for him to and yet you knew you had stolen from Him I believe you lied to me at the time to try and get away with it I saw the clips of you robbing them and the clip of you getting killed.
